Went inside to order Togo Came in and ordered 2 club subs and some toasted ravioli. Neither sandwich came with any toppings. Both just had meat and cheese. The second half of the one had pieces of carrots or something on it. I threw it away. I also took almost 20 mins to get our food with no one in the lobby but us. The ravioli was border line burnt. This is the second time giving this place a chance. we are done. read more

Super delicious and a never ending supply of garlic bread. The staff are nice and give you a lot of time and help you order. This is very nice as it is a fast food restaurant, but the staff gives you no pressure. The portions are on the small side, but taste superb. They gave us an entire bag of garlic bread to go before we left, which was very nice of them. read more

This location was a disappointment. We went into a nearly empty restaurant at lunch and had a pleasant enough experience ordering. The food came out in a reasonable time but my "lasagne" noodles were either overly microwaved or just dried out from sitting to the point of resembling the texture of old beef jerky. I told the girl working and she asked if they needed to make it again? Um..let me think...yes! I just got the feeling that the people working here didn't care from the employee out in the parking lot smoking on his break to the guy in the kitchen. It wasn't even busy but what do you expect for a cheap lunch I guess? I'd pay a couple more dollars and go to the Olive Garden or somewhere else until they figure this out. It's a shame because the location and concept is great but poorly executed. read more

I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to pick up the door was locked, no sign or any explanation on door. I went to the drive thru speaker and was told ti pull forward to pick up. There were 4 cars in front of me. What was the point of ordering ahead of time? I was also shorted my breadsticks, including the extra order that I paid for. read more

I went to this Faziloi's at the request of my daughter for her 11th birthday dinner. Before entering their property I was approached by a homeless gentleman. I invited him to eat with us, at which time he explained he had issues with the manager. When I entered I approached the cashiers desk manned by a manager and mentioned the man was my guest and if it would be an issue I would leave. He ensured me that there was no issue so I made an order for my 4 kids, my wife, the gentleman and myself. About 10 minutes later the police showed up and I was approached by a different manager, Andy, apologising about how I was inconvenienced by the gentleman who approached me and offered me a coupon for a free entree. At this point I expressed how insulted I was that he would imply I would be inconvenienced by inviting someone to dine with me. I then returned the coupon and told my family to stop eating and requested my money back, which they did, and my family left to dine at an establishment who won't mislead their customers with false promises and respect the wishes of their customers. read more

A brand new Fazoli's?! I didn't know they still hilt them! We of course had to stop for nostalgia purposes. These are not the old restaurants of lore. This one was very open and brightly lit/colored. You go to the counter and order, and they give you a number and bring your food to you. The downside here though was they didn't really have anyone walking around handing out breadsticks. We saw one person once and they only got about 3-4 tables and weren't seen again. That's the one thing Fazoli's has going for them! But we did get some when we went to the counter to ask. On nice days they have about 6-10 tables outside to dine out if that's your thing. It's on restaurant row in Dayton so it's an easy stop on a drive through. read more

This is a gem...runs kinda like a fast food restaurant but, feels and tastes like an one of a kind restaurant. Had a pleasant and full of Italian flavors and herbs, fresh tomato sauce which all blend that tastes like homemade pasta. Like the white bread, bread sticks but, would like to see whole wheat as a choice. Fast service of food to your table. It's setup like fast food, you order then self service drinks, sit down and they bring hot food to you. read more

I like the chain, but this location is not very good. I've often experienced unfilled cups, lengthy wait times and food that seems like it's sat out a while. Every time I go I'm reminded why I don't go to this location. If you're close enough go to the one in Huber instead. read more

Went through the drive thru and no wait. I ordered a baked spaghetti and dozen breadsticks. I pay and then wait and wait some more. She comes with my dozen breadsticks and says I ran into someone with your spaghetti so it will be a few minutes because we have to remake it. She offers me sauce for breadsticks. I'm good but people behind me were probably annoyed because I was in line at least 12-15 minutes. I get my spaghetti get home to eat it and they made it with meat sauce. I live half an hour away. It's a good thing I'm not a vegetarian but this dish is so gross- the meat is super greasy and definitely not what I ordered. And I didn't get my breadsticks that came with my meal. Because I ordered 12 I guess that I don't get the two that are free with the meal. No wonder why there are none left in Cincinnati. read more

I have NEVER been so disappointed and disgusted with a restaurant. I went the night or January 20th. First I walk in and my order is being taken with the upmost disrespect. He looked high and couldn't understand what i was saying and had attitude. The employees were messing around and flipping each other off, so unprofessional. Then I WATCH the man making my food grab my chicken and put it on my plate with his bare hands, no gloves. During a pandemic i think this is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. I'm disgusted at this point. There was no manager around and clearly no one there could take me seriously so I just took the chicken off my meal-something i payed for and shouldn't have had to do. I then sit down to try and stomach it and find two eyelashes in my food. I went to the bathroom and threw up I was so disgusted, i couldn't even flush the puke because the toilet handle literally fell off. I am very disgusted and I will be contacting corporate because of this. read more

The restaurant is under new management. I would honestly give 7/5 stars! The service was great. The workers game around often to check to see if we needed anything or more breadsticks. The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The employees came and removed dirty dishes for as we were finishing. I would highly recommend!!! read more

Horrible. Food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8pm. Waited until 8:10pm, still no food in the "pronto" area. While waiting witnessed the employee who was prepping food kept touching his face In order to adjust the sleeve that he was wearing as a mask with the same gloves he was preparing food with. Management should ensure their staff is wearing the appropriate safety mask, not whatever the employee wants to wear. Had this been a traditional mask the employee wouldn't continuously need to touch his sweaty face. This is horrible food handling practices. Will not dine here again. This was my first visit to the new store. I was blown away by the interior. It has great lighting, very very clean, and the staff was absolutely the friendliest I have been around a long time. I also had to wait around for one of the waitresses to clean a table just so I could sit down and it was still dirty. I love Fazolis but this store is a MESS!.. In the year it's been open I've never gone through the drive through without them screwing up an order. Whether it's missing an item, or putting meat sauce instead of marinara they can't get it right.
