ya'll put tarter sauce on my ranch snack wraps but at least the ice cream machine was working if

The service was completely terrible and unexudible cut us off and after talking to us and when we had a question he walked away

The double quarter pounders got was nasty but I was starving but I got sick that night an wished I haven't eaten it..rhis is not the first time it's happened..I would rather wait an get hot fresh food. I don't think I'll go back there..Thetford is always sub par read more

Service could be better, the bathrooms have pee on the floor on the walls. I think the toilet has rust on the bottom from peoples urine , that's gross the foods decent didn't take too long was warm and correct so I was satisfied with that. Everything else sucked read more

this is the worst damn McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order place 10 minutes prior. Didn't even get it. Had to leave. Tried to call the store. The manager was rude as hell and hung up on me. This is a piece of shit place. I couldn't even get a refund. The manager needs to be fired. This place deserves zero stars, and shouldn't even be rated as high as 2. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. The place is filthy, the employees are rude, incompetent and slow. 90% of the time they will mess up even an extremely simple order. The manager is about as useless and inept as any human being could ever possibly be. If you love getting a bad attitude from the person taking your order and then receiving snarky comments from the manager when you bring up an issue, you'll be thrilled!! Seriously, if you enjoy waiting an eternity just to get cold, stale fries dumped upside down in the bag alongside your completely incorrect sandwich order, then this place will absolutely light up your life. read more

First of all, the bathrooms are disgusting. They are never clean. Second, when i went inside no one came to the front they all just stared. The only person I saw 'working' was a manager with red hair. He was running around trying to get stuff done while everyone else was being lazy. Do not recommend, would rather go to taco bell. read more

Ordered a Iced Coffee got a warm black coffee, do not recommend going here, the drive thru was also really rude. Needs a new Manager, and Staff. read more

Ordered our food and paid for it only for them to tell us at the second window that they didn't have the ice cream we ordered nor did they have the apple slices my son ordered and the guy just said "oh we were out of apple slices so we gave him an extra fry instead" like maybe someone should have said that before we paid. So ignorant and always out of items. read more

Close to home, but unless you are going for breakfast using the drive-thru, steer clear. read more

McDonald's - Dirty floors, tables and seats. - Fast Food Near Me - Germantown, Ohio

If you're a fan of Alpine traditional work, blues, hobo, classic country & western music or Jimmie Rodgers, Blue Yodel no. 1, you will love ordering at the drive-thru window. The woman who works the drive-thru window during breakfast and lunch has the loveliest yodeling voice I have ever heard. Ordering at the drive-thru instantly transports you to a simpler time when yodeling existed and auto-tune didn't help untalented people sing. read more

Okay! So I was just told they are making 1/4 pounders and Big Macs fresh like McDonald's did 30 years ago when I was a teenager. They are so good now just like the burgers I grew up loving! Also, Tina that works the drive thru in the mornings is so pleasant and an amazing asset to this location. Give the fresh burgers a try and you will see! read more

Went through drive thru no one was in drive thru and had to wait for them to talk to us. Then when my sandwich was wrong I told them and that started the attitude from employees. Cashier didn't say anything I had to ask for total. Then have me my change. The next window the young man was nice. I asked if he would make sure no cheese was on my sandwich he said yes. Who ever he talked to was rude. When the runner day our bag down she snottly told the boy there was no cheese. Meat was over seasoned bum almost burnt and cold fries. read more

Dirtiest McDonald's and the staff is horrible. I won't go in or drive through again. The people behind the counters act like it's the worst thing to acknowledge a customer or to take an order. So rude. The manager seems frustrated by the crappy workers. read more

Great location! Kayla served me today and was super polite and has great customer service skills. I can tell she is an outstanding worker. Keep up the good work Germantown McDonalds!! read more

Me and my husband just had the worst experience. He got our family dinner and when we got home we realized that our order wasn't correct so we called. They told us to come back and speak to someone named Adriana and we did. She was extremely rude to us and to the doordasher that was in line also. I don't think that she is very good for the management team there. If something isn't done soon I'm afraid that they will soon lose a lot of business. Because I will not go back again until there are some changes. read more

Whoever the hell made a double quarter pounder with cheese today around 6:00, you my good friend should get a raise. Best burger I've had from McD's in my life! read more

This was the worst McDonald's I have ever ate at. The chicken sandwich I ordered had only 3 pickles and no mayo or any sauces of any kind, and the buns taste like they were over 2 weeks old. Also the quarter pounder was no better. It had only a drop of ketchup and 1 pickle. They need to get new staff that are not lazy. I will never eat at this McDonald's again. read more

Lousy service. Slow......always. Dirty dining room. Workers too busy chatting. Fire the manager immediately.

Only giving one star, because I can't give zero. Don't bother going at 8 pm wanting an ice cream, because the machine will be "broken." So when you ask for a smoothie instead, because it's a different machine. Don't worry, it'll be broken too. Just a bunch of lazy teenage girls with big attitudes who don't want to clean the machines. Don't bother. read more

Awful service. Ordered through the drive through and had to tell the girl at the window to put her phone down in order to get my food.

I like McDonald's coffee so I usually stop here to get a couple cups every day on my way to work. I get there each day around 5:30. On three separate occasions now the store has not been open, despite the fact they are supposed to be open at 5:00AM--an entire half hour before I arrive! This is absolutely ridiculous. How can a business be successful if its customers can't possibly predict when the store will be open each time they visit? read more

It's McDonalds... you can't mess it up can you? Just your average McDonalds chain in sleepy Germantown, the only problem with this location is to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG after you leave the drive through. On a busy day, there is a 70% chance that your order will be messed up. read more
