He also said they don't do wood density test and they don't check the attic if there isn't a floor. Which there was and his guy missed a collapsed trunk lime. He didn't check the AC unit which has to be replaced. He DID catch a disconnected hvac disconnected. he said they don't check the AC when it's cold. If he would of ran it for 10 min he would of discovered it was low on Freon. That's just a start of what all they missed. So to get everything up to code it will cost about 200k out of my pocket to have everything fixed properly. The operational manager said he would of had the same outcome. He also told me I should of had another inspection done. So I guess if he can sleep at night knowing they rip people off then so be it.

They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful.
