What really sets this place apart from everyone else in the area, and I mean EVERYONE, is the absolute quality of their ingredients. Often times I feel guilty ordering a salad out, because I can make one at home, but this one, you just can't buy the quality of ingredients they use. I've never seen more perfect lettuce in my life. I could eat all the blue cheese they have in the building. So amazing. I can't wait to explore the rest of the menu. Pro tip- I know it adds calories, but an extra dressing is pretty clutch in my book.

It ended up being a lot more than it should have. What was concerning is when I told the owner, she seemed offended and said I can't make this food for less. I hope it was a language barrier, but keep that in mind when ordering. I had a ton of food left over. And felt like I paid for their mistake. Should have been @$800 and it was $1300.00

Upon arrival, we waited a few minutes because the restaurant was very busy. However, once we were seated we were greeted immediately by our server Kathy. She took our drink orders, and came back with them quickly. My wife had a Modelo beer and I had a Yuengling. (Both were on tap. ) For dinner, my wife selected the Blackened Fish Tacos. This was made with Red Fish fillets, and placed in soft flour tortillas, with jalapeño slaw, diced tomatoes, and cilantro lime aioli. She loves fish tacos, and has gotten them in restaurants all over the country. She said that without a doubt, these were the best she has ever had! I ordered the New York Strip steak. It was flame broiled, and prepared perfectly to my order (medium). It was served with a salad, baked potato and green beans. Delicious! She looks miserable, geez, at least make an effort! So I ordered chicken and waffles and my husband ordered a few wings. As for the food..... The chicken tenders are AAMazing! Waffle is good and the hubs like the ginger lime wings although a small side of sauce and a few celery and carrots would make a better presentation. But for the diamond in the rough. I can only assume it was the manager/owner that delivered our food. I asked why we had a limited menu as I read here on Yelp I should have the prime grilled cheese. This man offed it to me on the house now that is some great customer service. I had to decline bc we have such a long drive ahead of us but he hands down was so kind. So I'm going with 4 stars. To sum this up I would happily come back just bc of his kind service! As we were finishing up Doug the owner came by again and he is a great reason to visit this place.
