This was my first time visiting goGlow and I was super impressed! I have many years of experience tanning in beds and sunless spray tans and this was by far my best experience. I was introduced to goGLOW after I bought a package of tans through Gilt City in anticipation of my wedding. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about goGlOW. The business itself is in a great location, easily accessible, and plenty of parking around. The space is clean, sleek, and easy to find. The product is fantastic. Although there are definitely a lot of steps and things that you should do in order to get the most of out of the tan if you do those you will be very happy! The color was perfect, did not look orange or streaky, and lasted almost 2 weeks! I ended up getting a tan 3 days before my wedding and it turned out great in the pictures! I am so pleased. The staff there, particularly Margo, were also great. She did a great job explaining the process and making sure I knew all the things I needed to do to get the most out of the tan. Also, you get an email from goGLOW prior to your appointment letting you know what you should do to prepare your skin for the spray tan so you do not show up and end up not getting the color you wanted. Their product line is very good too- I have bought several items including the lotion and the tanning lotion and spray and have used them since with good results. The lotion smells amazing! Overall- this is one of the best spray tans I have ever had. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family members (one who is getting married next year and saw my pictures) and will definitely be going back before any big event, vacation, or if I just want a little color! read more

Unpopular opinion but this place isn't necessarily that great, it's just better than most options out there. The world of spray tanning still has a long way to come. Not goglow's fault, just worth mentioning to set expectations. Hands and feet are never done right, I get they are tough spots, but I am religious about my prep and post-care and buy all of their products, yet this is still the result every time. Speaking of products, if you buy $60 worth of products or services you get a reward star, and on a certain day I had about $150 worth I was paying for, as I had gotten a tan and then was buying products for myself as well as for gifting; yet still only got one star. I asked about this and was surprised I couldn't get two stars in the same day. When I asked if I'd get two stars if I tanned one day along with a small product purchase, and then came back for the remaining products the following day, thereby making two separate purchases exceeding the $60 threshold, Margo said it would be "well I guess if you really want to scam the system". But in the snarkiest and most disgusted tone you've ever heard - you'd have thought I was literally stealing candy from children. No, medicine from children. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here, let a girl get her damn star. Also contrary to a couple reviews I saw, the color absolutely does bleed onto your clothes or bedspread which is why they tell you to wear loose, dark, full-coverage clothing. Comes out in the wash. I use an alternative sheet/bedspread when I first get the spray tan and have no issues after that. read more

I went for the second or third time in awhile, and this time I'm not pleased. The palms of my hands got tanned which is always a dead giveaway, one of my arms is not even and my back seems lighter than the rest. I have to say for the $$$ I'm not a happy client. Also, during my most recent visit the technician handed me an exfoliating mitt, and failed to mention that it was $5. By far the best spray tan I have ever had! Usually when I get spray tans I look like an umpa lumpa but at goGLOW they have their own spray formula that creates a natural tan! I came in to get a spray tan for a wedding I was attending. I missed my first appointment and rescheduled later in the day without a hassle. The girls on the phone are understanding and overall customer service was a 10. Margo did my spray tan and it looks great so far (day 1 after the tan) and even though we had a miscommunication about the rapid versus non rapid solution overall I am still pleased with the whole service. Only comment would be that after the spray tan things get a bit sales pitchy with all their branded products but it is what it is.
