Palm Beach Tan always has the best beds and customer service! The ladies and gentleman at the front desk are welcoming, offer new products, and recommend the right beds if I haven't been in lately. Once I left my phone in the room and the attendant stopped me as I was leaving to give it back to me. Another recent time I left my wedding ring, engagement ring, oura ring, and two diamonds rings on the hook in the room. Within 2 minutes of walking out of the salon I received a call to notify me of my mistake. The rooms and beds are always clean. The only things I would recommend is an earlier opening time at least once or twice a week.

I came in for an hour and at the end decided that facials were an overhyped waste of money. I recently tried a different place and realized that facials are a relaxing, refreshing, and scientific thing! La Remede had a nice look to it, but the staff wasn't very attentive, they set me up and left me there. No relaxing music, not great customer service, just sitting at a vanity out in the open with hot steam blowing on my face for 20 minutes. Having had a facial with an engaged staff that seemed to enjoy explaining the process and products, I now realize that I do like facials. I just didn't get a good effort out of my neighborhood spa.

I bought a Groupon for a hydrafacial and texted Lesley to make an appointment for a couple weeks out. I was scheduled for a Monday at 11am. I arrived on time to the building and was having a bit of trouble finding the salon. I called and texted Lesley and got no response. Then 10-15 mins after my appointment was supposed to start, she texted me she had just gotten in a fender bender. I understand that life happens and that things come up, but the way the situation was handled was horrible. She completely wasted my time and I had to pay $15 for parking for a service I did not even get. The business owner is completely unprofessional and I can't imagine this place staying open much longer with the way she runs things. I'm confused as to why she was driving to the salon right before an appointment instead of getting there early to set up and I genuinely can not believe she waited until I got there and waited 15 minutes into my appointment time to tell me she could not do the service. All it takes is a text to let someone know that something changed. I did not reschedule with her because why would I waste my time again. Thank you Groupon for refunding me.
