While frustrated, I still wanted the service and agreed to reschedule, taking additional time off work to accommodate the new date. Two days before my appointment on the 24th, I received a confirmation text with the time and location. The following day, I was informed -- for the third time -- that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. At this point, the repeated lack of scheduling reliability is unacceptable. Clients arrange their work schedules and personal commitments around these appointments. Consistently rescheduling with little notice demonstrates a lack of organization and consideration for clients' time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend booking here based on my experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a provider who values professionalism and follow-through. Even the man on the phone did not seem to care. This was an easy one-star decision.

Today I took the evening off work because the only time they had in the upcoming 2 weeks was at 4:15pm and they just canceled less than 8 hours in advance (pictured below). It feels like I'm actually going to a doctors appointment. There's no tipping culture here which means they must be paying their nurse practitioners an actual living wage and not passing that on to the customers. I pay a monthly fee which is set when I first signed up. I would highly recommend this location in particular. I went to another location once and the service there was a bit cold.
