Showed up and they never even looked at the car. Adam went to the counter for 10 min and came back and told me they couldn't get to what i wanted. I needed 18110 in order to sell and I had no control over that number. Kbb trade in showed 16500-19600 as a trade in range. Which tells me they just wanted to low ball me. What an absolute waste of everyone's time. At least look at the car.

After letting him know that it was not a rechargeable, he was able to quickly replace the battery for me. He was very professional and helpful. Went in today with 3 batteries as the one in the Mustang needed replacing, they gave me credit for all the batteries towards the new one, I still ended up being short a few bucks so the employee actually helped me out himself as I explained that without the battery, I literally wouldnt be able to leave the lot. Super awesome people, very nice, have a healthy respect for vehicles. Love it! Will be getting my non-performance parts from here for sure, and if they offer decent performance options, might order a few of those here as well! Keep up the great job guys!
