As far as our meal, we ate at the Italian restaurant. We started with the Blue Cheese Bruschetta, which was amazing! My entree was the country fried steak, with mashed potatoes and a house salad. The steak was so tender, no knife needed, and it and the potatoes were covered in delicious gravy! That being said though, the menu does not say that the gravy is full of mushrooms, so if you're not a mushroom fan, you may want to skip this dish. My spouse had the Muffuletta sandwich which was featured on Triple D! He said it was great but you really need to love olives because the olive spread was very heavy on the sandwich. I got the lunch special with two toppings ( pepperoni and mushroom) and one trip salad bar with a soda for under 14 bucks ( to go order). Their pizza was better than the large chains in other more populated cities! Crunchy and plenty of cheese. Very tasty! The salad bar was organized and fresh. My fiance loves mushrooms and I think they're vile and taste like soil, but I almost always order them for him and do a split pizza, but this place didn't offer that, at least ordering online, so I just ordered it for the whole pizza. We've been doing this 2 years and mushrooms are always easy to remove because there's usually 3 to 5 per slice. We were handed the pizza and all we smelled was mushrooms, like we ealked into a mushroom restaurant where the building was a mushroom. We hadn't eaten all day and pizza seemed the most logical to eat while driving and we had another 40 min home, but we opened the box and realized we wouldn't be able to eat while driving. The mushrooms were sliced paper thin and blended into the cheese to the point we couldnt see the cheese. The slices were tiny but so weighed down by the amount of mushrooms, that the pizza dropped down all the way and the slices weren't wide enough to fold. So, we were screwed for 40 min being starving still. Got home and my finace tried to remove mushrooms so I could eat and itntook him 25 min to remove the infinite amount of mushrooms of 5 slices. When he showed me the mounting of mushrooms from just 5 tiny sliced, he had a mound about 5 inches high, about the width around of an English muffin. It was shocking! So, moral of the story is only add mushrooms to this pizza if you are absolutely obsessed with mushrooms and only if anyone sharing with you needs to eat every mushroom thats ever existed in 1 meal. It's insane how many! Even after removing most, the whole pizza just tasted like mushroom. Couldn't even taste the cheese or sauce
