Instead of acting like a responsible parents, they chose to escalate the situation, getting in the manager's face and making an even bigger scene. The reality is simple: if your child is causing a major disturbance, it's on you to address it. Instead, they deflected blame, refused to take accountability, and then retaliated with a dishonest review in an attempt to damage the business. Children cry, and that's understandable. What's not acceptable is ignoring the disruption and then attacking others when they expect you to handle it. This was not a case of discrimination--this was a case of entitlement. My family and I will never return to this pizza place! Thankfully, there are many better options available. I believe the owner, Amanda, approached me and my group to complain about my two-year-old, saying we needed to control his noise level. Ironically, we had older kids with us who were even louder. It's worth noting that there was no one nearby apart from a party in the banquet room, which was designated for kids. Amanda claimed that it was them who had complained, and if that's true, it certainly feels like those individuals were being discriminatory! I really wanted to like this place, but it was very hard to. I've driven past this place multiple times since a little kid, always wondering how the food would be. Finally came in one day to eat with my family, and we were excited to try the food. However, we all agreed that the pizza was extremely oily. There was literally a layer of oil on top of our pizza which we had to soak up with napkins. Our breadsticks were also drenched in oil. And then the taste: very, very underwhelming. Not from here but came in after my sons baseball game with my son and some of his teammates and had a fantastic after game dinner. We all loved the food! The 11 year old boys loved the pizza, my husband and I got wings, pasta, and breadsticks and everything was fantastic! Great atmosphere, great food, great staff! Food is okay but management needs to take a customer service class. It's funny how the comment below judged a mother on the time he was "picking" up his pizza. I was there and the way Amanda came out was rude. My family and friends will not be dining there. If she thought my nephew was being loud, she should have spoken to all the parents there. No greeting as we walked to the counter, cashier literally stood 3 feet from me, staring off into space, never acknowledging the customers in front of them. I had to say "I'm ready" after the awkward silence. And a 3 also for the lack of cleanliness. Dont look up for you will see thick cobwebs around the lights. So food 5, service a generous 2, and cleanliness 3.is it too much to thank your customers as your walk by when leaving, maybe a " sew you again, have a good night?" This place has some of the best pizza in the area. Everything is made in house, from the crust to the sauce. Their combination pizza is loaded with toppings, including lots of bacon pieces and fresh veggies. Even their pepperoni pizza is loaded with toppings. Their salad bar is nice and fresh, with fresh torn lettuces that aren't loaded with sulfates. I have had their sub sandwiches and they have always been delicious. My favorite is their meatball sub. Their raviolis and spaghetti are also really good. Facilities are clean and they have a nice semi-private banquet/party room which is also nice. The restroom has been very clean every time that I've visited. Parking is good and around back has plenty of shade which is really nice in the summer.
