They replace it with a 2 year old keypad (according to the manufacturer of the keypad, when I gave them the serial number.) 2 years later, it broke again. CK's wanted around $1000 to replace it! This was absurd, especially since I contacted the manufacturer who extended my warranty and sent me one for free. It was a very simple process to switch it out. CK's is a rip off if you need anything further after you purchase a safe from them. I would never recommend them based on their customer service attitude and fees for simple jobs.

We told him we were waiting for other estimates as well. We decided to use Castle for a few French doors. We gave a deposit. We asked that another door be replaced as well. He came to our house and measured the other door. He then informed my husband he had made a mistake in the estimate and it would cost another 1700.00. It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed.
