I called the owner Dianna to ask for help in getting our gate corrected and she was on the spot and sent a technician the next day. Robbie the installer quickly saw the issue and created a plate to ensure the gate would work with the lock. I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.
