A call was made to Onsite and I received a call back that evening. I asked the caller not to come to the house until the next day. When the man arrived in an unmarked truck, without a business card or identification, and did not speak or understand English I became concerned. I asked to speak to his manager and later that day I received a call from david who said that these guys were from the middle east and just starting out. Need less to say, i expected On Site in a business van, but that is not what transpired. It went downhill from there. read more

Soo I'm in the parking lot waiting for my girlfriend and I see her and shut my car door. As always I lock it on my way out, didn't check my pockets and the door shut. I'm locked out of my car Soo now I need back in. So I find a smith and I happen upon Avi. This man saved me. He was polite and quick getting me back in, the response time was within a hour and no damage to the car. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend others to Avi in the future. I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle. I called and they were there in less than 20 minutes. Eli was very friendly and even attempted to obtain the code for my vehicle door lock without charge. I would highly recommend them. read more

I now swear allegiance to On-site Locksmith. Their immediate and exemplary service was magnificent! I live in Miami, FL - and own a little place on Jensen Beach. My adult son was staying there for the Veteran's weekend, and locked himself out. His dad was ready to drive up for two hours to get him an extra key, HOWEVER, we were so fortunate to connect with "On-site Locksmith" @ 9am on a Sunday morning. A gentleman answered right away - and was so kind and reassuring. He took my info, provided a estimate, which was very reasonable, and advised he'd have a technician arriving in 20-30 mins. No more than 20 mins had passed, when I receive a call from delightful Ben advising that he was 2 mins out. Just remarkable!!! My son, who received Ben, advised that he was super helpful and kind. Thank you soooo much On-site Locksmith. You now have at least one new customer, and hopefully many more as I will be sharing your info with all my friends that live on the island. Since then, I have called five different times trying to get the issue resolved. Each time, I reach what appears to be a call center and am repeatedly told that a manager will call me back. I have also submitted two emails through the company's website and have never received a response. it's extremely frustrating when told to sit by my phone and wait for a call that never comes. The lack of communication and customer service after the sale has been disappointing. I was a repeat customer and trusted this company based on my previous experiences, but when there is a problem, no one seems willing to take responsibility or even return a call. Looking for a key fob that fails after just a year? Look no further! I purchased a key fob from this company, and despite taking great care of it, it stopped working just over a year later. The warranty? A mere 90 days. If you enjoy spending hundreds of dollars annually on a key fob that barely lasts, this is the company for you! I'd give zero stars if I could, but I must acknowledge they did fix my ignition switch. However, it's clear they prefer you to return repeatedly, suggesting any failure is due to user or car error rather than their subpar product. Eli drove all the way from Jupiter fl to Vero beach fl at 2:30 am as I was locked out of my house In my pajamas! and elderly. None of the locksmiths in my area would call back or come out to help And wants me to sleep outside until morning ! I called onsite locksmith and Eli came out right away!!!. Eli was quick cheap and even had a good karmaof him would recommend this company in a heart beat called several other companies and when they gave me there estimate I felt like I was being raped.
