I recommend calling ahead if you want something in store. They apparently do a lot of off site work and don't always have someone to man the shop. Having said that, I was able to order what I needed over the phone and then arrange a time to pick it up. It involved purchase and programming for a keyless start vehicle. They were able to program in a matter of minutes and the price was very reasonable compared to a dealership or another locksmith I consulted. I highly recommend. read more

When I arrived home this evening I closed my car door and tried to open the back door to get the dog I am babysitting out of the back seat. I found the back door locked and when I tried the front door, it too was locked with my purse and keys sitting on the front seat! I was freaking out! It's August in Florida and I have a dog locked in my car. I called Centurion and they had a great guy named Pat here in 14 minutes. He had the car open within 3 minutes and Thank goodness Milo was just fine. I called another company who told me someone would call me back shortly, 10 munutes later when someone did they told me it would be at least an hour even though their web site said within 15 minutes.
