We'd been having a issue with an outside door not properly latching and finally got around to having it looked at. Sixberry had good reviews and was friendly on the phone. Their tech was able to be scheduled for just a few days out from when we called and he actually showed up early (called first and asked) which was a super pleasant surprise. The tech was experienced and seemed very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and explained everything to me about the repair and proper maintenance to avoid issues moving forward. 8-23-2023 Shawn called first to confirm the appointment time and arrived early, which I appreciated so much! I locked myself out of my office, and wouldn't you know the keys were in there on the bulletin board hanging and silently laughing at me. LOL. Sixberry doesn't actually do car keys that are chipped and have to be newly keyed and programmed. However, they referred me yesterday to a locksmith they trust. When I couldn't get in touch with the person they recommended, I, just on a whim, called Sixberry back and asked if the number they gave me was the person's cell phone and if they knew whether he responds to texts. Not only did they answer my questions, they personally texted him. In less than 15 minutes, their referral called me, and was at my place an hour later. Getting into my car and having new chipped keys and FOB went as fast as it can and the price was very reasonable. And THEN, today I got a text from Sixberry to check and make sure if I got what I needed and that I'm ok. I haven't paid them a dime, yet they've taken time to help me, and then to check if I'm ok. I'm disabled. I'm not dying anytime soon and I'm usually not an invalid. With my limitations, though, circumstances that are annoying for someone of average health, easily become overwhelming for me to solve. Most of the world has been getting meaner to people like me. Skeptical, and annoyed if we ask for an exception, no matter how quietly and respectfully we do it. Have reached out twice in the past month to remove and replace a front door lock/handset. I sent a photo of the handset I wanted to replace and never got a reply. I actually got the handset replaced under warranty from Schlage but still need it to be installed. I called Sixberry this morning and after being put on hold for over five minutes I was transferred to someone else. They never picked up. The receptionist then told me someone would call me back within the hour. It is now 6:30 and I never got a call back. Too bad.
