During my most recent service, I purchased a new key and key fob for my vehicle. Shortly after receiving it, the buttons on the key fob came off, making it defective. Since then, I have called five different times trying to get the issue resolved. Each time, I reach what appears to be a call center and am repeatedly told that a manager will call me back. I have also submitted two emails through the company's website and have never received a response. it's extremely frustrating when told to sit by my phone and wait for a call that never comes. The lack of communication and customer service after the sale has been disappointing. I was a repeat customer and trusted this company based on my previous experiences, but when there is a problem, no one seems willing to take responsibility or even return a call.
