Since I called late, they cannot be able to install it until Monday. So when I told the technician I was not paying that kind of money, he then contacted the company and he told me it would be $900. A company that does business like this should not be used. No grips against the technician he did a good job in replacing it, but that kind of pricing is a scam.

He was actually just in my neighborhood looking for a different address, but in the process of helping him find his way, I mentioned how frustrated I was with my brand-new, noisy garage door. While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect. He went ahead, had the manufacturer replace the panel in question, and had his crew install the new panel, all on his own.
