I asked them to get a price from someone to do the other part of the job and add it to my estimate, still waiting. I called to speak with the manager and he kept interrupting me when I was speaking. I guess they can not handle upset customers cause he just wanted me off the phone. They only want easy jobs. It's sad when you can't reach out to your customers after a few days and give them information that I (the customer had to reach out). Daniel you need to work on your people skills. I AM RATING THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY THAT WAS NOT QUALITY BUT SENT TO ME BY THEM AS…read moreTHEY COULD NOT SEND ONE OF THEIR OWN TECHS. Again, this is not usual behavior for Quality but they used a "fill in" company as they could not get one of their techs out to do my job. Be careful about Sunday repairs, because the tech may not be from Quality and that could be why I had problems but my prior ratings with Quality, the company I have used in the past, was 4 STARS . Also they intervened on my behalf after hearing my saga and made sure the job was finally completed. So the tech arrived on the Sunday afternoon after promising to be there in the morning, I was desperate so I ok'd that - we were leaving town the next day for 2 weeks and I wanted the door springs replaced and the door operational before I left. I was quoted a price over $1200 for 2 springs, a guide roller wheel and the service charge. It was Sunday and I was desperate! The tech the presumably repaired the door and left. We came home 2 weeks later and the door wouldn't open, apparently the tech put the wrong springs on (without knowing it?) and also unable to give us a heads up that repair was temporary. I called and was told the tech would be there first thing the next morning. He came nearly 6 PM and did not have the proper springs so did not complete the repairs. He returned the next day with the proper springs and did the repair. Ultimately he also tried to sell me a new bar for the spring mounting and a new garage panel for $1000 or a whole door for a discounted rate of $4000. I advised Quality about this and they were very helpful in making sure the tech was out to my house with the proper springs. Next time, no Sunday repairs for me unless I personally know the tech who will be doing the work. My apologies to Quality if they feel slightly by my review but they did send that tech over .

Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. One of my door handles started to come loose. It took 2 months to schedule an appointment for technician to come out with a dose calls and many missed appointments. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. It would cost $1000 nor under warranty because the screw is stripped. I called the store at least a dozen times, no call back was ever received and they also ghosted me. This place has no interest in doing anything but sell the doors and hardware, they don't care about their customers at all. STAY AWAY!
