I AM RATING THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY THAT WAS NOT QUALITY BUT SENT TO ME BY THEM AS THEY COULD NOT SEND ONE OF THEIR OWN TECHS. Again, this is not usual behavior for Quality but they used a "fill in" company as they could not get one of their techs out to do my job. Be careful about Sunday repairs, because the tech may not be from Quality and that could be why I had problems but my prior ratings with Quality, the company I have used in the past, was 4 STARS . Also they intervened on my behalf after hearing my saga and made sure the job was finally completed. So the tech arrived on the Sunday afternoon after promising to be there in the morning, I was desperate so I ok'd that - we were leaving town the next day for 2 weeks and I wanted the door springs replaced and the door operational before I left. I was quoted a price over $1200 for 2 springs, a guide roller wheel and the service charge. It was Sunday and I was desperate! The tech the presumably repaired the door and left. We came home 2 weeks later and the door wouldn't open, apparently the tech put the wrong springs on (without knowing it?) and also unable to give us a heads up that repair was temporary. I called and was told the tech would be there first thing the next morning. He came nearly 6 PM and did not have the proper springs so did not complete the repairs. He returned the next day with the proper springs and did the repair. Ultimately he also tried to sell me a new bar for the spring mounting and a new garage panel for $1000 or a whole door for a discounted rate of $4000. I advised Quality about this and they were very helpful in making sure the tech was out to my house with the proper springs. Next time, no Sunday repairs for me unless I personally know the tech who will be doing the work. My apologies to Quality if they feel slightly by my review but they did send that tech over . read more

I had a non-functioning wall mounted switch for my large overhead door. I called in the morning and had a service technician on site by 2:15pm. He diagnosed the problem and had it resolved and working by 3:00. I have been using this group for over 10 years and am very happy with their response time and service. read more

Overcharged and Dishonest. Stay away! I was charged $468 for a 45 minute job that basically straightened out a roller bracket... no new parts. For that I was charged $179 for "Starting reset fee," $150 for "General rebuilding/modifying," $99 for "Flat labor rate," and $40 for "Service call trip and diagnosis fee"... that's over $10 per minute! I complained to Mitch that these charges were duplicative and he offered some reimbursement, which he never paid. I've tried to reach him several times, but no call back. Thus, this very negative review. Stay away! read more

I was happy with the technician and the installation of my new garage door. However, I was told that they would take care of the permitting. I contacted Bri many times and she said it was being handled. Now, over 6 months later the county contacted me to say an inspection was never scheduled by the company and I have a limited time before I have a problem. I emailed and got no response. I called and was told they would schedule one. I'm out of faith in this company. read more

Excellent experience. Their repair man called ahead, was able to get to the house earlier than originally scheduled (which was great), and was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with our garage door unit and had the needed part on hand, so the repair was very quick. Pricing was reasonable too. I would certainly call them if we have another issue in the future. read more

Isaac was efficient and professional. He explained what was needed, showed all of his completed work and our door is functioning better than ever. read more

Quality Garage Door Services has always been punctual for every service call. The most recent service technician, Kendall, was highly professional, and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues with our fairly aged electric garage door. Prices are reasonable, and the service is personal. I would recommend this company to everyone. read more

Daniel arrived exactly on time. Fixed the problem and was on his way. 6 years of great service from Quality Garage. Would never consider calling anyone else. The office staff is al friendly and helpful too! read more

Update to December 2020 rating - After our concerns reached the manager, the employee came out and put in two garage door openers so we would be able to use remotes. The work was done quickly and efficiently, but it was a hassle getting to that point. If the technician had arrived at the time and date that he first started and done the work, this rating would have been 5 star. read more

Conner diagnosed the problem and installed a new garage door opener. He came back to install a keypad. He did a very professional job.

We ordered a custom garage door back in October 2023 due to a non-standard height. We were told that the turnaround time would be approximately one month since it was a custom made door, which we completely understood. However, we made a follow up phone call to them several times after the date it was supposed to be ready, and they kept saying each time that the door was not ready yet. It is January 18, 2024 and we are still waiting for our garage door. They setup an appointment to install the garage door today between 10-12, and after several calls to them, they finally told us that they wouldn't be able to honor today's appointment because they were running behind on their other jobs for the day. When I tried to re-schedule for tomorrow, they said we had to wait until Tuesday now because they already have appointments scheduled for Friday and Monday. Whoever is scheduled for tomorrow should be pushed until after our job is completed since we were scheduled today. We also had to make several phone calls to them to work out the details of the building permit. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. read more

I sent an email to them on Sunday even though they were closed and received a response first thing Monday morning. Jason came out on tues afternoon and we were prepared to get an estimate on a new door but to our surprise he said he could fixed it. Saved us a ton of money He was very polite and courteous. Will be using them again in the future read more

Stay away. All I needed was my cable replaced., Jason came to replace and made matters ten times worse after charging a bundle. The senior owner tried to make it right, but the second tech was no better than the first. I had to call Broten to repair damage Quality did. Still not right. read more

Extremely unhappy with the service. The fix that they made broke within 10 minutes. They are now saying that the whole unit needs to be replaced. The owner Mitch is extremely rude and talks about how unit price has increase which is not my problem. These people only care about ripping you off. Great company and great service. We called several places and this company asked several questions over the phone to determine the extend of the problem and identified the problem and the solution right away. We forgot to mention the yelp deal during the initial call, but we called them back and they were glad to honor it. The technicians were prompt, efficient, professional and courteous. We got a great price, great service, warranty, etc. Could not be more pleased with the service. read more

Spring tension broke and I was stuck in the garage! This happened on Saturday morning......Jason was out to my house in less than 2 hours, and was very personable and knowledgeable. The only grief I had was that they didn't proactively tell me what the cost was going to be until after the work was completed, which ended being a little higher than I expected. Fortunately for them, the first two companies I called didn't work on Saturdays. I would recommend Quality Garage Door Services! read more

Very professional! Wasted no time getting my garage doors fixed and properly maintained. All at a reasonable cost.

Great company. I spoke with Gary about fixing my mom's garage door in West Palm Beach (the chain had come off it) and he had a tech, Jason, there the next day to completely fix the problem. read more

Daniel called ahead of time to zero in on the actual time he would show. Right on time and got quickly to work. Diagnosed the problem and made the adjustments. Triple checked the door operation to insure it was fixed. Lubricated the hinges and lift track and it made the operation quieter. Last time we used a different technician and I told Daniel he had big shoes to fill...he said he was better and he proved it!! Highly satisfied and would not hesitate to use again!! read more

Called In AM and Jason was here that afternoon as promised. Jason was working from the moment he walked up by adjusting the child sensors. Jason quickly assessed the issues and worked up a quote. After replacing a broken spring, replaced a tired spring and new rollers all around, our doors have gone from banging and groaning when opening to so quiet the dog doesn't know when one of us opened one of them. Very seldom do you find a company that actually does what they say they will do....But this is definitely one of them... From answering their phone at 5 o'clock in the morning and getting Daniel to me by 7 o'clock in the morning so I wasn't late for work this company was fantastic...From Britney and Lisa in the office to set up all my appointments to Joey and his helper Connor and Shane that got my garage door installed, the entire staff that work together to get my permits and got my inspection set up , they we're all top notch....I highly recommend them read more

I used this company based on the great reviews and it paid off! I had a scheduled appointment and the technician came out, fixed the problem in a very timely manner. The price was very fair, I felt the technician to be very honest as there were some additional matters that he pointed out needed to be addressed however I did not feel pressured to have the additional items fixed immediately, therefore I will definitely be calling this company again to have the additional things repaired. Thanks for a job well done! read more

So helpful and affordable! I got Quality Garage Door via Yelp. They responded first with upfront pricing. It was quick , easy, affordable, and very professional. Would recommend to anyone that needs garage door work! read more

I needed a couple of garage panels replaced, but the techs that came out and told me that the panels were outdated and no longer being sold. I'm from Boca....You don't find business owners like this these days. I called for a repair and Lisa suggested she might be able to help me over the phone, which she did! No service call was needed. I will certainly be calling them for any of my garage door issues and will be glad next time to pay for a service call :) read more
