I called Steven and he was super responsive; showed up on time and had all the parts needed for the repair. He also helped to sprain down and make sure there were no issues elsewhere. Very easy to work with and will definitely call on again whenever I need a garage repair! Best of all - he's a genuinely a great guy. Thanks! read more

Spectacular work and outstanding service! Steve was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get my garage door working properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very pleasant to work with. What really impressed me was that he even came back afterward to fix the hinges and didn't charge me anything extra. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I called at least ten other companies before finding Steve, and his price was lower than all of them. He provided excellent work at a very fair price, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs garage door work. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and truly exceptional service! read more

Great communication. Reliable recommendations. And honest work. Didn't try and oversell. Thank you, Steven!

Excellent service from start to finish! I contacted several companies after having a problem with my garage door, and this company stood out as the best in terms of pricing, availability, and customer service. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. The work was fast, clean, and professional, and the price was very reasonable compared to the other companies I contacted. The technician was also very friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me. read more

Steven was fantastic. After another garage door company told me I needed a full motor replacement, I called for a second opinion and Steven came out, took the time to actually diagnose the problem properly, and explained everything in detail as he went. Turned out the real issue was the door being out of balance, along with worn rollers and a cable, not the motor at all. He walked me through exactly what he found, why it explained the symptoms I was seeing, and what it would take to fix it. The repair worked perfectly and the door has been smooth ever since. Saved me the cost of an unnecessary motor replacement, and I really appreciated the honesty and clear communication. Highly recommend Steven and this company if you want someone who diagnoses the actual problem instead of upselling you on parts you don't need. read more

My motor recently went out on my 2-car garage door system and I needed the issue fixed quickly. Before calling The Garagers and talking to Steve (owner), I received an absurdly inflated quote from a different local company that was highly rated. Luckily, I passed on them and let Steve come out and take a look. What stood out the most was his total honesty. Instead of upselling me on things I didn't actually need, he was completely upfront about what was required to make the system safe and smooth, saving me a ton of money and hassle. He was exceptionally prompt in his communication, incredibly professional while working at the house, and explained everything in great detail. Overall, I got a brand-new smart garage system with a camera and remotes which still cost less than what the other company wanted to simply fix a 30-year-old system. Highly recommend! read more

Had Steven out on a Saturday for garage door service. Fast, easy, no hassle and his price was very competitive compared to other quotes. He got everything sorted quickly. Would definitely call him again. read more

After reaching out to Steve with a few photos, he responded to my query within 3 minutes. Spoke with him about my garage door motor running without evidence of door movement. After advising me on likely causes and estimates, he came over later that morning, reviewed my system and recommended replacement of my undersized springs, cables, drive belt (was worn with missing teeth) and reinforcement of the door at 2 sites as he noted slight bowing down and unsmooth movement. Although my Chamberlain Liftmaster motor was 24 years old, he said that after the aforesaid work that it should relieve it of some workload and (hopefully) get a few more years out of it. After he completed the work, my door was operating smoothly without "catching" on the rails and the new springs properly counterbalanced my door's weight with the added reinforcement bars. Work was completed in under 2 hours, price was reasonable and Steve offered practical solutions without pressure. read more

Fast response, reasonable price, skillful, work done fast and good. Very satisfied customer.

Very happy with Garagers' work on my rental property. Fair pricing , responsiveness, and quality.

Absolutely great service!!! Steve is super honest and didn't rip us off! We were quoted an arm and a leg by other companies just for them to put the wrong springs on! Steve has the fairest prices we could find and fixed everything that the other guys messed up!! Highly recommend if you need quality service in oc read more

I had a great experience with Premier Garage, and I highly recommend Steven. My garage door spring broke, so I reached out to several companies for quotes. Steven was very quick to respond and was transparent about his pricing. He explained exactly what needed to be done and what materials he would be using. His quote was the most fair among the companies I contacted, especially considering the quality of the materials he was offering. Some other companies told me that I also needed to replace my cables and bearings and were charging extra for them. When Steven inspected my door, he told me that the cables and bearings were still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. He was professional, arrived on time, and kept everything clean while working. I also asked him to repair the spring on my other garage door. We agreed on a price for a standard-quality spring, but while he was working, he decided to upgrade the spring and simply told me, "I'm going to take care of you." That really showed me that he cares about his customers and the quality of his work. He also lubricated all the hinges and inspected the door at no additional charge, which was a very nice touch. I was initially a little hesitant because Premier Garage didn't have a huge number of reviews yet, but after having Steven work on my garage doors, I can confidently say that I would use him again. In fact, I've already spoken with him about my next garage door project, and I'll be contacting him again soon. If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, fair with pricing, and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, I definitely recommend giving Steven a call! read more

Steve did a great job, provided a reasonable price and explained the install process and what's unique of the spring system in our neighborhood. He recognized the system I had based off the pictures and tuned the door where it runs smoother and more quiet than the previous garage door installer. Highly recommend read more

I can't recommend Steven highly enough for garage door repair! After struggling with an opener that wouldn't close reliably, I reached out and he was incredibly responsive, texting back quickly and scheduling me for the same day. Steven diagnosed the problem as a failing board on my 26-year-old garage opener, and rather than trying to patch an aging system, he replaced the opener and springs outright. He also took the time to program all my key fobs, my car's built-in garage opener, and the keypad, and walked me through how to use the app afterward. The new opener is so quiet and smooth compared to what I had before, it's honestly a huge upgrade. On top of being knowledgeable and thorough, Steven was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, sharing some great stories while he worked. If you're dealing with garage door issues, do yourself a favor and call Steven. Reliable, trustworthy, and great at what he does! read more

I recently had a broken spring on my garage door and was asking around for recommendations. Found Steven and The Garagers. He quoted me a price that was better than other places (when I was able to get a price at all) and explained exactly what his service includes. He didn't just replace the broken spring. He explained that the replacement springs were larger, more durable, better quality than the original springs, and should last far longer than the garage door and the opener. He replied to messages promptly, with clear communication, was on time, and he answered my random industry-related questions. Best of all, he didn't give answers to get me off his back, but to actually share knowledge. He also replaced the bottom rubber on the garage door for me so it's a cleaner look and seal. I'll be having Steven do more work in the future for my family. read more

Called Garagers who was the overwhelming favorite at Mission Veijo Connection group. What I liked right away was the honesty of Steven. Gave a reasonable explanation to my issue (squeaky roll up door after lubrication on my own). At the time of the visit , he never pushed anything he was honest of what work needed to be done. The prices he gave were awesome. His promptness, cleanliness, professionalism were outstanding. He and The Garagers are my number pick from now on. You won't be disappointed. read more
