It's a simple and original menu offering up a lean, turkey burger mixed with organic vegetables (namely red bell pepper- think turkey/veggie burger) topped with arugula and @antonellischz White Cheddar Cheese. It's topped with lemon pepper aioli and served between a fresh locally sourced #brioche roll. Mine was served up with organic seasoned potato rounds, and fabulously seasoned crisped Brussels which are served with a creamy homemade buttermilk dill sauce. (I don't usually like dill in anything but in this sauce it compliments rather than overpowers). They are very proud of their one of a kind turkey burger. #ficklefact: Overall this is another one of the many and wonderful family run businesses that uses a secret family recipe. I am in Austin doe NYE and was was walking around the Rainey Street district. Great little area with trendy bars, restaurants, and one terribly disappointing food truck. I ordered a burger from Gobble Gobble and when I got my burger the meat was raw. As in severely undercooked. As in way under the recommended temperature for ground meat. Raw. I attempted to have the burger cooked a bit more but was very rudely told no. Great food truck if you want E Coli. Will be calling the health department first thing Wednesday morning and filing a complaint. read more

Visiting Austin and stopped for a beer at Austin Brewery. Here we found a unique food truck called Gobble Gobble. Seeing as we eat as healthy as possible, finding Turkey Burgers was the best we could hope for. The burgers were very tasty and moist with a great salad. The truck's special fries were delicious too. Moist, delicious turkey burgers? Who knew!? I was walking by this food truck, parked today on the UT campus in front of Gregory Gym, on my way to Wendy's. I stopped to look at the menu on the trailer, and a guy stepped out from inside the truck to start taking orders. I decided to forego Wendy's and try something from the truck. It's a very small menu: a burger and a salad. But this is a truck, so one can forgive the small number of selections. I chose the burger. It's a turkey burger with vegetables and cheese. I asked what vegetables come on the burger and was told the veggies are in the burgers. Knowing how ground turkey can be dry, I figured this was for moisture as well as flavor. And boy did it add a great taste! The burger is not the skimpy, flat ground turkey patty that I expect and get at most other places. This burger was thick, juicy, and the veggies added to the meat perfectly. They use cheese from Antonelli's, and it adds great flavor as well. The bun is brioche, but it doesn't take away from the burger. A lemon pepper aioli only adds to the carousel of flavors. The side of "potato rounds" was not what I expected -- but that's not a bad thing. They are essentially which potato chips, but for me they were done perfectly. A crispy -- like a potato chip -- ring surrounding a softer middle -- like a french fry -- just nailed it. The potatoes come with a side of creamy homemade buttermilk dill sauce. Really good stuff. I hope this truck sticks around a while. While the burger is somewhat healthy, it's just really good. Wendy's can wait. read more

This truck came to the brewery that I was at while in Austin for a bachelor party. Turkey burgers aren't normally my go-to, however I was a bit buzzed and quite hungry. I ordered the Gobble Gobble Salad (basically their signature burger on a bed of arugula with tomatoes and cheese). The salad had a surprisingly complex flavor, despite the simple ingredients. Gobble really is making one of the 'best burgers of any kind'. The turkey patty is blended well with veggies and herbs and seasoning and cooked exactly how a turkey burger should.
