Warning: Property damage & No Accountability We hired Goat Movers on October 28, 2025 to move our last few items. They requested a $100 deposit over the phone with no contract or paperwork. When they arrived, the two movers were in street clothes with no uniforms or ID, and the truck had no permanent branding--just a magnetic sign on the driver's door. After the move, we paid the remaining $425 balance in cash. No receipt or proof of payment was provided. During the move, multiple items were damaged, including furniture, a floor lamp, and the threshold at our new home. They even clogged our toilet by flushing baby wipes. We have photos documenting the damage in this order: 1. Threshold damage 2. Sofa/furniture damage 3. Floor lamp damage - front view 4. Floor lamp damage - close-up 5. Cushion stain from wet driveway This service is not a professional moving company. There is no accountability, no documentation, and a high risk of property damage.

Our dishes were wrapped in cling wrap. On the bottom are the glasses with the heavier items on top.

Do NOT use GOAT Movers. We used them to pack our house. They arrived without tape guns. They didn't have markers to mark our boxes, we had to give them ours. They took statues that were displayed in a glass case and put them in a box without wrapping anything around them. Two are now broken. They wrapped all of our breakable dishes in cling wrap and put heavy items on top of them. They failed to tape the bottom of a box sufficiently and when I lifted it, the contents spilled out onto my garage floor. They used bubble wrap on two items, yet charged me $50 for a roll of bubble wrap. I spent my weekend redoing their work. I asked for a full refund, they said no. I asked for a partial refund and they said they would get back to me. It's been weeks and I have heard nothing. I have pictures to demonstrate.

Not only did multiple electronics come up missing after their service (including a 6 month old iPad) they also damaged my new build home by hitting a corner wall and causing permanent structural damage. An uncertified "handy man" was sent to my home to fix the damage to only patch and paint over the area with a mustached color. concerning the missing electronics, I have emailed the business multiple times. They have never answered. My last resort is to proceed by filing a police report for the missing items and further legal suite if/when applicable. Considering the trouble, loss of items, and damages. This is the most expensive and worst moving service I have ever experienced.

I reached out to GOAT Movers for a quote after not being able to find an ideal arrival time with a company I used previously -- this was my fault, I waited till the last minute to book. Anyways! I was looking for a specific arrival time as I was coming in from out of town but also my storage unit closed at certain time. Mike, was SO accommodating and was able to find a time frame that worked best for me. The next day Alex and Murat showed up and were great! I had a few heavy items and a ton of boxes so I was really worried it would take a long time to get everything moved but they were able to get the job done in under 3 hours. I was SO shocked (and grateful) by how quick they were! I literally went to Starbucks 15 minutes after they unloaded and I came back and they were done. Their efficiency let me unpack for the rest of the day! I'm very pleased with GOAT Movers! read more

This is now my 2nd time hiring not only this company but EJ's team specifically! They are THE BEST, seriously! EJ, AJ, and their entire team turned, what was originally scheduled to be a 2 day moving job, into a 1 day job; saving us both time & money. I moved into my house last year on the 4th of July (troopers didn't even complain it was a holiday) and when it was unfortunately time to move out this year, I immediately thought of EJ. Since I still had his number saved, I texted him and he immediately responded and had his booking/office team call me to follow up and schedule. They are not only EXTREMELY careful with all of the items in my home, but incredibly fast, affordable and some of the sweetest guys. Based on the size of our home, the recommended number of movers worked out pretty well for us. 4 hours to move a 3 bd 2 bath with an extra piano pickup in the middle. Moving is already a somewhat stressful process but Goat Movers proved to be a good choice. Mike the owner was quick to respond and answer all my questions. The day of the move I got a call when movers were on the way and they even arrived 15 mins early. Stan and Oleg were incredible!! They were incredibly professional, careful with all our belongings and worked incredibly hard! Was expecting the job to take 4 hours max however it's easy to see how the workload can be underestimated. They finished in 5.5 hours but worked nonstop and very quickly and efficiently. When I move again would definitely recommend Goat Movers and hope to get Stan and Oleg or movers as amazing as them!! Thank you!!! read more

Amazing how quickly they were available. The job was to move a 48 inch Sub-Zero Refrigerator Freezer. The company was provided with a picture of the unit and the measurements. $500 was the fee. When they came, the 2 guys brought a standard dolly, like what I have in my shed. I asked why they would not use an appliance dolly with a strap. They did not know what an appliance dolly was. I showed them a picture. They said they just used their normal dolly. Fine with me. However, they found that they could not tilt and move the refrigerator even across a hardwood floor with their setup, and they said they could not do the job! The manager said he did not realize it was that big and heavy. How could he not know? He was given the measurements and a picture and of course a 48 inch Sub-Zero is one of the larger heavier units, something a professional mover would know. I knew more about moving refrigerators than the "Greatest of All Time" movers. Now I have to start over. Wow. read more

I used GOAT Movers this past weekend for a HUGE residential move...from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 5 bedroom house (they even picked up some items from storage for us!) In the past with other moving companies I have experienced tardiness, miscommunications, hidden fees, super young/inexperienced movers, and broken items. That was NOT my experience with GOAT movers. Andrew and his team was extremely efficient with our big move. They went above and beyond to make sure we had rooms well staged to our comfort before they left. Andrew is a good project manager with a great memory! He remembered where everything went and was able to direct his team well. I am very pleased with our move. read more

Sluggish movers, unclear customer service, poor planners. STORY TIME: They were scheduled to arrive between 1 and 2PM. I got a call at 1:30PM saying that they wouldn't arrive until 4pm at the EARLIEST. The phone rep felt 'so bad' that she offered $10 off per hour (mind you this is $30-40 off a $600-700 move before tip) I said I wanted more off and she said she would get back to me. I didn't really have a choice, nobody can schedule a move the day of and I had to be out of my apartment. She eventually called back saying they could give me $20 off per hour, better than the original offer, but either way I have no choice. Eventually I got a call around 3PM saying that they would be able to head our way soon (so the 4PM arrival was legit), but instead of giving me a discount, we'd get 3 guys for the price of 2. What appears to be a discount on their end, is really just me still paying the same amount, but receiving more moving power than I requested (probably just bc there were 3 guys on the prior move that day), and they still arrive 3 hours late. When they finally did arrive, they milked that hourly rate removing every screw from every piece of furniture, the most meticulous wrapping, etc. Eventually we told them to give up on the disassembly and wrapping bc our furniture is cheap and we want the move to get going. We ended up helping to a lot of the unloading at the new place because it was taking too long and we were trying to move on a budget. Extreme inconvenience on top of an already stressful day and I didn't even get a discount for our troubles, won't be moving with these guys again. At least the moving guys were nice. TL;DR - unreliable timing, mediocre customer service, plan much longer than what you think your move might take. read more

I was in need of some movers because I'm injured and my body just isn't what it used to be. Bobby was very professional and friendly and made it easy to set up an appointment. He even called a few days before to ask if we wanted an earlier time that opened up, but we declined because our morning was booked. The day of, Almich and Max called me ahead of time to give me an expectation on when they'd arrive. This was very considerate because we were busy packing and moving things to the new apartment so I knew exactly when to expect them. Thankfully there was parking right up front so they were able to park right away. Almich and Max were AMAZING. They were very professional and handled all of our heavy furniture so carefully and quickly. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture which I greatly appreciated because I was so tired from packing, that it saved me a lot of trouble and energy. They made sure we got everything right where we wanted and seriously made my life so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend GOAT Movers! Friendly, processional, and exceptional movers! From the initial call, Bobby responded immediately, gave me a quote that beat all of the other moving companies I had gotten estimates from and he was understanding to my potential schedule changes, moving into new construction. He made the process booking extremely easy. When it came to move day, the team came right on time, were extremely courteous regarding my floors and my dog that likes to escape and kept asking me if everything was good throughout the process. They moved me from a 2 bedroom townhome to a 3 bedroom house in under 4 hours roughly. They were extremely nice, efficient and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Nothing was broken or scratched and not even a scratch on the brand new floors and walls in my new home. They are pros and very nice as well. Great team!! Thank you GOAT movers. Stan and Oleg gave me a call 20 minutes before their expected arrival time and called me again when they arrived. We went through the house to see what needed extra wrapping and boxing and we quickly signed a contract electronically. They were swift and wrapped and boxed the last few items I had out with care. They estimated it would take 3 hours after assessing the home but it ended up being about 4.5 hours for a full 1 bedroom move I was happy with their work and they offered to stay longer to help me unpack even though they had another move that afternoon. ****I will note that I read in the reviews that they were unable to mount the tv. Because of this, I asked clarifying questions during my quote to see if they would specifically dismount and mount tv's and I got a yes. This was in no way the mover's fault but I feel that they should be up front about this when setting up appointments. I could have arranged someone to come do my mounting in advance if so. SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!! We just moved from Portland to Wenatchee, WA, so an interstate move. I initially asked for just loading, but then we decided professional movers for the whole job was the way to go. Great communication and an 8% discount for paying cash-- always appreciated and makes things easy for all involved! Our local moving team of 3 young men were tremendous: Ynty, team lead, and Tim and Islam. They were professional while being human, they took great care with all of our belongings, and were efficient and kind. Ynty stayed in touch for the 5 hour drive and they unloaded up our stairs in record time. I really can't say enough for how they helped load up our belongings (and furniture/odd items were carefully bound with mats, wrap and all the trimmings) at our apartment in Portland and then hours later still had the energy to safely unload all of our items. Goat responded to my request promptly with a general quote, letting me know that they could meet my target dates. We discussed the move on the phone and they gave me an account where I could see their quote with an estimate of the total time. On the day I got a phone call before they came and once they walked through the rooms to see what needed to be moved they got started immediately. They wrapped furniture and computer monitors so everything arrived in good shape. There were some lamps that I struggled to pack and they took care of everything. The movers were energetic and efficient so they got done faster than they estimated, and so I ended up paying less. They moved things to other rooms or to different areas when I asked, and never balked at anything I asked them to do. There were no surprise charges, it was all included. Russ and his crew were a joy to work with. I'd recommend them without hesitation. read more

Great experience! They were very professional and considerate in moving our 3br house. Very hard workers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that there were 2 unexpected charges imposed at time of move: one was for my 9 ft couch which they claimed to exceed their 200 lb limit - difficult to prove/disprove at the time - this possibility was disclosed upfront. The second was to cover how the movers had to lift/carry the 9ft couch, and separately, a 9 ft dining room table (wood) without the assistance of a hand truck/dolley from the curb into the house due to the tight turn past our front gate. Maybe COVID has changed this practice in the moving industry but my recommendation is that GOAT should visually inspect the houses and contents prior to the move to minimize the likelihood of surprises. (Google Maps works well in many scenarios as well.) Still recommend them. :-) read more

After hiring GOAT I had some worries before the move, because the office didn't respond to some questions I had. But the actual moving team showed up on time as promised, went to work promptly and efficiently, made the hour-long drive to the new place and unloaded everything, all within 9 hours. I don't have much basis for comparison with other movers, but by any standard it was excellent for a 3-bedroom house with the usual furniture and something like 150 boxes of books and household items (we had already packed most of them to save time). It was particularly good because we didn't have a clear idea of where in the new house a lot of things belonged, but they were patient as we decided on one item after another. No move is easy, but the crew did everything they could to make it all as smooth as possible. read more

We had three movers and they were excellent!! Alex, Alex and Igor were incredibly efficient in helping us move our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage from LA to OC. We had lots of stairs and endless heavy boxes. They arrived, assessed the boxes, created a strategy and developed a game plan. Everything was handled with care in a very professional manner. All the boxes were stacked neatly in the truck and all of our furniture was cautiously placed. There was absolutely no damage and they did it all with a smile! They worked non stop and never complained. In fact, when we tried to help out, they told us to relax and that they would handle it all. We are extremely pleased with their services, attitudes and professionalism and would highly recommend them! read more

The movers worked hard but the cost ended up being more than twice what was quoted and the move took over 10 hours for a one bedroom apartment in-town move. On top of that there was some awkwardness with the tip, I was asked to tip extra because there were stairs at the second location, when I inquired with the manager about it they told me that I "didn't have to tip", then when I tipped what I thought was fair ~15%, the head mover told my landlord that I was a jerk, which I only found out later. Then at the end of the move I was pressured to leave a 5-star review so that the team would "get dinner", on the boss, which felt pretty unethical. I did so, but this is my updated, and more realistic review. I don't know that I'd go with GOAT movers again. read more

Ask for Iskander! He and his crew perform miracles. Everything about the move was flawless from GOAT arriving right on time to squeezing all my worldly possessions into a storage unit that I had reserved that was undersized for what was needed. Iskander is a Tetris master and got everything to fit and even left a few particular boxes close to the door per my request. I hovered most of the day packing and "helping" and all three of the crew members were kind and helpful. They didn't act like I was in the way, which on several occasions I'm sure that I was. GOAT is the perfect name for this crew. Nothing was damaged. I didn't cry and you all made it so easy for me. Best moving experience that I've ever had. Thank you! read more

UNLICENSED movers! I recently contacted Goat Moving and asked them about their license information because they seem newly appeared at the area. They assured me they are licensed. When I asked them to provide me with their license information they offered me a COI (certificate of insurance) and DOT number. Non of it a proof they are authorized by Washington or Oregon to operate in these states. If they don't know by what state department they supposed to be authorized -- they are UNPROFESSIONAL. If they deliberately trying to mislead their customers it's even worse. Please support locally based companies who invested their time, money and energy and got their license from WA and OR transportation departments. read more

Eddie and Dan are the best movers! Very pleasant, efficient and professional! I've used other movers before over the years, but Eddie and Dan are much nicer than any I've worked with (didn't seem surely or unhappy to be on the job like movers from other companies), wrapped furniture quickly yet meticulously (NOT a single item chipped, broke or was dinged) and was very professional in communicating the terms of the contract, each step of the process (letting me know when they are tightening up items to depart and sending pictures of the secured load). We hit the absolute jackpot with our move. G.O.A.T. sent AJ and Dima to help my fiancee and I with a difficult move from a second floor apartment to a third floor apartment with no elevator. These guys did an incredible job. They packed our big pieces for us, handled everything with care and they were an absolute Joy to work with. We had a couple really difficult pieces to move and AJ/Dima were so positive and upbeat about it, it really put us at ease and made the whole day go smoothly. A five-star review and a few kind words don't really do them justice. All I can say is wow! I found GoAT movers from a recommendation on a Facebook group and reached out to them along with many others and had an instinct from the original communication with Bobby that they would be honest and professional and do a great job - and I was more than right! These guys are incredible. They wrapped everything so well, not a scratch or a dent on the wall nothing damaged. They were so helpful and went above and beyond with such pleasant demeanors even though our job was enormous- much bigger than was expected. I really recommend SOS movers! Vitaliy, Aidos, and Damir were great and made our move so much easier. Booking and communication were great, they were on time, professional, and efficient. They took great care of all of our things. They were careful but also quick--they helped both me and my boyfriend move from separate places into a house and even with the two stops they didn't go overtime. They took time to make sure our rugs, furniture, beds etc were set up the way we wanted. It was also so convenient that they had the wardrobe boxes and other packing supplies for some miscellaneous items I hadn't gotten to pack up yet. Would definitely use them again. read more

Great moving company, very quick response to my request for a quote. Bobby setup the appointment and we got follow up emails/calls up until the day before to ensure everything was ready. There was a slight hiccup with the truck but they were able to fix it within good time. Our movers, Ernie and Nazar were absolutely stellar. They made the move so efficient and quick. Everything fragile (frames, tv, furniture) was wrapped up in blankets and handled with care. I can't speak highly enough about them. Between the affordable cost and the great service from the movers, I would highly recommend them. Next time we move, I will be giving them a call. read more

These guys Ynty, Suli, Andrei were all three amazing! I had the best moving experience anyone could ever ask for. They had to move all my heavy furniture up two full staircases never once touched or marked anything. They were so nice and professional. The boss was always checking with me on things. Aidin and his two crew mates were on time, efficient, and handled four flights of stairs (8 round trip) without a hitch. They were really nice and gave us updates along the way about time and our items. I haven't gone through all the boxes but so far everything looks good! Would highly recommend these guys for a local move (we moved in Seattle with tight streets) . The estimate was a little lower than what we ended up paying but it was fair for the time and effort especially with the stairs. *For anyone who saw my edit they have fixed the issue and I appreciate that they were quick to remedy the misunderstanding.* read more
