Called the 800 number.....they told me to call the Fire Department if I WANTED to get out. Called them back when I got out......different customer care rep says....."oh that sounds awful.....you should call the District Manager.....here is his number"......REALLY ? That's your Customer Service ? By the way....District Manager never called me back. When I called faculty today to see if gate was repaired......she told me she knew nothing about it !!! I'm done with Public Storage. I have 3 units and I'm moving to a REAL storage facility. This place is a joke !!! Poor Corporate oversite and poor management.

Customer service not very helpful. Ordered storage unit via phone call with rep discussing the…read moredetails of my move to provide insight on the size of the unit I needed. Upon arrival to rental unit realized it was too small. Called while onsite to explain issue requesting to upgrade to larger unit which they were unable to honor including the promotional deal. Due to this issue I requested to cancel but they were unable to refund the admin fee for a unit never used. Had to get further approval for the refund of the lock not used either which is still pending. Dislike there is no onsite staff available only kiosk. Very disappointed. Ended up going elsewhere. Was told by customer rep there would be someone available from 2 to 6 in which I was going to view unit before purchase but not available.

The fact the price for my specific unit has went up 3 times since I started renting it is ridiculous. The fees are astronomical and these folks give NO GRACE to anyone no matter the circumstances. They literally just want your money. God forbid you need to speak with someone...nope you gotta use the computer thing in the lobby and pray you can hear them and vice versa. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. INFACT I WILL LOUDLY SUGGEST THEY FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. Im sickened... I only needed the unit for the few things I had after losing EVERYTHING to the flood from TS Debby. Smfh
