I have that service scheduled with a provider who I have researched to be the best in the area. I had Service Professor scheduled to come and look at this same issue too. Now with full certainty of what the problem is decided to use another provider. These guys quoted me $20 to come snake my drain. I'm like, wtf are you talking about this is so cheap. I politely asked them to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and scheduled an immediate sewer unplug for $20. Landyn shows up. Nice enough guy. I explain to him that I intend to use someone else to do the descaling of my sewer drain and that I would pay more for the service he is providing today. Went to his truck and called someone. Came back to my house and said that he decided to decline the service. Dawg. I would have paid you $300 to do it. LOL why are you out here charging dirt prices for something? I was completely up front with my intentions. Told you the whole time what I wanted. I have someone coming to do the job for $300. Which is CHEAP. Idk what kind of business model you all have. Something like the show "Tires" on Netflix. Where the oil change is $5 and the only way you make money is by upselling. Meant what I said, the Landyn dude was a nice enough guy. Could brush up on his sales skills. Peace!!

This mistake costed me over $1000 to fix. I was reimbursed the initial payment of the installation, but not the two converters and the repair man that I had to have fix it. They took over 5 days to get the electric hooked up right. We have been without the camper heater since the first install. They refuse to reimburse any further. I would never hire them again. The company's morals are not for me.

All of the electric service was top notch, the electrician I used for my kitchen remodel told me the work was fine. However, the new mast they installed was horribly installed. They installed the flashing ON TOP of the shingles above the mast, put two nails through it and the all the shingles, gobbed some tar on it and left it at that. I called Amp Electric and gave my complaint to whoever answered the phone. Was called back later saying that is they way they do it and it is fine. It took six shingles because we had to replace the ones that had nail holes through the surface. My cost was only $160 to repair because I already had the shingles. So a mixed review. Don't have them do anything except electric work.

After inspecting and showing me the two burners, the tech said they there was corrosion on them that should be removed and would cost over $200. I consented, assuming this would take a considerable amount of time. Five minutes after taking them to his truck for cleaning he was back and showed me the burners with only some of the corrosion removed. He said "that's the best I could do. THAT WILL BE $250". So for 5 minutes of work he was charging me $50@ minute. I demurred and ended up settling for $$150 for the corrosion removal, still way to much! His response " you're paying me for my expertise, not my time". I found my experience with them to be very disappointing! Again: BEWARE! The business responded below and falsely claimed I "dumped a can of diet coke in their technician's too bag". I DID NO SUCH THING AND WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING! I agree with the company's claim that I consented to the charge in advance but assumed the time required for the work would justify the charge. The cleaning of the burners took no more than 5 minutes! That meant they were still charging me $50 @ minute. Although I negotiated to a reduced charge of $150 for cleaning the burners, that was still $30@ minute! I stand by my original claim that this company engaged in a bit of "bait & switch"! And the claim that I took revenge on the technician by dumping a can of diet coke in his tool bag is outrageous and false and appears to be an attempt to discredit my negative review of this business!
