The tech also coped an attitude of higher than thou when speaking with a paying customer. I was in the wrong for asking for some clarification on verbiage. The feeling was that their word was good but my word was not. I could trust they would do the job correctly and to code but they did not trust me at all, unless I signed away all my rights. Is this what we are getting to? The verbiage on their documents was so general that if I were to accidentally fall in their parking lot I would be liable to pay for all court costs and lawyers on both sides. The tech then said this is all normal and I was the problem. Respect for my concerns was not shown at all. They had the full payment in their pocket before moving a finger, then I have to sign that I will pay if anything goes wrong. That is not how you treat a customer. Are they used to being sued? Is this a common thing out there? Do they deal with cooks and criminals all the time? Their price was overly high as a 40 gallon gas water heater should not be $3,500. They left me with nothing in writting. No receipt for my money, no guarantee in writting. I am sure they will email me something. After all the only untrustworthy side was me (the customer). The tech insisted that the work was all up to code several times, is that extra? Isn't their work supposed to always be to code? isn't that expected.

The worker was a no-show for the first appointment. When we called, we were told it was a computer…read moreerror. We rescheduled, took another morning off work, and they were again a no call/ no show. When we called, we were told they didn't come because it was too hot to go in the attic (at 8 AM), and they were coming the following day, which they never cleared with us. When we said we would be going a different direction, the receptionist happily agreed. We have never experienced such incompetent and inconsiderate "service." Save your time, and look literally anywhere else for your project needs.
