I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I received the wrong item, so I reached out to Aldo as instructed. He told me to email him, which I did immediately. After getting no response for over an hour, I called, only to be told, "I get a lot of emails, I'll contact you once I get to yours." Well, it's now been over a week, and they still haven't rectified the problem or even followed up. Go kart rear axle has off centered hole so I can't get the cotter pen to set on the castle nut. Also received go kart with one bolt missing for a shock. I have called multiple times and also emailed. Never got a live person and no one ever called back. When I say zero customer support, that is truly accurate. I cannot recommend them no matter what the cost savings is for you. I received multiple calls from other dealers that I only spoke with asking if I needed any additional help. I have never had a more disappointing repeated experience than dealing with this company. I never get answers. I ordered two bolt together go karts and last year (2024). I waited weeks for them to ship and eventually had to call them daily to get any answers. First I was told they had plenty, then I was told they were on back order. I find it hilarious that I can order from china and get my item in two days, but I order something from a place less than a 10 hour drive away and it takes 7 weeks. I eventually got my two go karts and I had to use the two kits to make one running go-kart. I then called them repeatedly about the missing parts and still have yet to get a response. I ended up fabricating the missing parts myself. Recently I ordered a torque converter in November. I received an email that the label was printed on December 1 and was waiting on pick up by the carrier. It's been almost three weeks now and the tracking still says waiting pickup, and I've called twice now with no reply to inquire about the issue. read more

I'm here to change my review initially I left an angry review which was unjust and uncalled for. Originally, I received a frame that I completely stripped down to do for a custom show bike.. Went stripping down the frame I noticed a couple bad welds and some bent issues. The inner child of me being the immature person at the moment that I was instead of calling them to resolve the issue like a human I acted like a savage and was very disrespectful. Not normally my character, but for the record, I am heavily sedated after being hit by a drunk driver . The sales manager reached out to me and completely took care of the issue, they acknowledged the customer work. I have already put in the bike and resolved any issue I was having. They didn't have to do that and after the way, I acted I don't deserve it . I will forever buy all of my mini bike parts from go power sports from now on . I purchased a go-kart from this company for my children as a Christmas gift. I had no issues with shipping or receiving the go cart before Christmas. However, we had issues with starting and keeping the go-kart running from day one. It will start to move, but lose power and cut off. I have used the manual to troubleshoot the issues and have had more than one person review it to see if I was overlooking something. All conclude that I need to call the company or take it to a repair shop. It feels strange to have to put money into repairs on a new Go-kart. I started reaching out to Go Power Sports the week after Christmas, then several times in the new year, and again as recently as this week. I have left voicemails, sent emails, and used their chat feature, which just sends an email. No response. We live very close to BLM land and take our jeep out every so often but we also like to keep it road ready in case we need it, so we are very careful. We have searched for other options to ride out in the desert including side by sides and four wheelers but we were very discouraged with the high prices for what you get. Even with well used machines. During a recent search, we stumbled on the Trailmaster MB-200-2. We are uncertain about the origin (other than it is Chinese made) but there are several variations. Massimo has a version called the MB-200 which has manual rear drum brakes and no rear suspension and is less expensive. Go Powersports sells a model called the MB-200-2 with hydraulic rear disk brakes and front and rear suspension. Keep in mind the frames must be different to allow for the movement for the rear suspension in the Go Powersports model. The model at Go Powersports was discounted on black Friday for $949 each including shipping. We decided to buy one for each of us for Christmas. We received order confirmation with a link that provided the status of the order. When they shipped we were provided with a UPS freight tracking number and informed that UPS would reach out to schedule delivery. The MB-200's arrived approximately 2 to 2-1/2 weeks after the order was placed. They come packaged in a metal frame with cardboard over it. It was easy to slip off the cardboard and disassemble the metal frame. Under that, the handlebars, front tire and rear shocks need to be assembled to the bike. It went pretty quickly for both of them. I needed to use the air compressor to inflate the front wheel to about 10 psi. We added gas and started the bikes up with no problem other than the on / off buttons were reversed. If you depress the on button, it kills the bike. If you depress the off button, it allows the bike to start. It is a toggle and should be an easy fix if we decide to do it. Since the assembly, we have taken them out several times and changed the oil to a break in oil for the first few runs. These bikes are really awesome, a great deal and are providing us the opportunity to get out and play. For us, this is very important when we can't do the things we normally would. It is also very good social distancing. read more

I was leaning towards the coleman 200, but when i found this place and the pre made performance kits i switched my eye to the trail-master 200. I ordered it on a sunday with the 2 day shipping, and i received it the following Thursday! Missing parts & no customer service lil rascal 212 kit Well I wish I could say I liked the bike but I haven't been able to ride it because of all the missing hardware. I got it delivered on the 3rd of April and I'm writing this review on the 15th and have yet to receive a reply to my email from customer service to acknowledge the missing items, so the bike is not even fully assembled yet. I call them everyday and get the voicemail, never an answer. If I didn't have the bike partially assembled I would have started the return process. I posted this review on their website on the 12th of April 2024 and funny enough the review is not listed on the lil rascal 212 kit page, so i wonder how many bad reviews are not being added to the website by them. read more

Absolutely horrible product and customer service I just bought a bike brand new from them a month ago. My governor had broke and I could tell that it was my governor because my RPMs dropped from 4000 to 2000 and my bike wouldn't go over 21 miles an hour I had to put on modifications on the bike that I had bought from go power sports, and the idiot who called me back, tried to blame my juggernaut tower converter for my problem as if the torque converter would slow me down that drastically not to mention I was writing with the torque converter on perfectly fine for a couple days before this had happened then he tried to tell me that it's not under warranty and it's my problem to fix upon looking at my warranty. It is something that they are required to fix because I have not touched anything internally or have not put any modifications that were not directly from them this is an absolutely horrible company. If you order genuine parts you will get the Chinese aftermarket without any notice or an email from them this is an issue they had for years there are YouTube videos about shipping Chinese counter parts when you order genuine so please double check everything you get and make sure it's the genuine part if that's what you ordered. read more

I bought a go power sports performance kit for my Coleman mini bike and has been sitting around for about 3 months because I can't get the stock carburetor jet backed out. So today I got a screw extraction kit to back it out, it worked flawlessly (trust me I'm 13 and I can do it). So I hope you guys don't give up or buy a whole new carburetor. Go power sports does a decent job providing my minibike needs. But there are two thing I hate. 1st of all, there is no way to do a budget build without going onto other websites like Amazon. Oh you want #40 chain, we have that, but don't carry a single sprocket or clutch, you'll have to buy that on a different website and pay for shipping there too even after our shipping is $20. And don't get me started on the shipping. I paid for 3-5 days (extra$$) and they said orders are processed within 48 hours then shipped out. This was BS. It's been 4 days and my order hasn't even been processed. I want a refund for the express shipping I paid for. The whole reason I paid for that was because I needed it by a certain day, and you guys have taken more time processing than shipping would take. Unbelievable, if you can't keep up with the amount of customers you have maybe get some more employees. read more

I took my son here to buy parts and we stood around for 5 minutes before anyone even said hello, then they made us wait 5 more minutes before helping us. Don't worry we were the only customers in the store. This bothered me but we got the parts we needed and there are not a lot of places to buy Baja bike parts. So I told my wife to take my son there later to buy more upgrades. My wife and two 15 year old boys went in to spend a couple hundred dollars. One of the employees was extremely condescending, rude, and seemed annoyed to have to deal with customers. Nice job bro! My son and his friends would have been customers for at least 3-4 more years but you treated them so bad we will find another place to take our business even if I have to drive across DFW. I have been up to Go Power Sports many times and always happy with the information and help I receive. When you are working on an old Minibike things never quite fit or you have to improvise what parts you need,the staff are always willing to help figure out the problem. The "museum" of old bikes and project bikes makes it easy for the staff to show you what to expect or give you ideas on how to approach an issue. I will say the staff also takes calls from their internet sales so I have had to wait a few minutes for help but it is well worth the wait. read more

The kit I ordered for my predator 212cc came with a header flange with incorrect mount hole spacing and a paper gasket to match. The kit wasn't to include an exhaust gasket. I reamed out the holes to make the header fit and used my old gasket. I then sent an email to notify the company. Greg responded apologetically and said he'd send the correct gasket "as a spare". The next morning, Tim emails me telling me that they checked their remaining kit manifolds and all fit doubting my story! What? I wasn't asking for a refund, just letting them know of my disappointment! Tim impressed upon me what a jerk he is and that he should take some classes in customer service. The following day we ordered 2 stage 2 kits and flywheels from a competitor. There will be another ordered later this month.
