We have had Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control for roughly 2.5 years. In our experience, Mike and his technicians have always been professional, courteous, and have provided above and beyond excellent customer service. The team at Go-Pher The Kill has been more than willing to work with our different schedules and accommodate our needs. When we have had an issue, Mike has only been a phone call away and has never hesitated to help us or go the extra mile. I would recommend Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control to anyone in need of an excellent pest control service. read more

Hired this company on Wedensday, Sean came out explained service, set traps. On Thursday (1 day later) came back to check and caught 4 lil critters (gophers.) Highly recommend. I live in semi rural area and have been plagued with dirt mounds in my lawn. Other company came out but gopher was back in just under a month. Sean is very friendly, knows his stuff, explained everything in layman's terms so I understand. Highly recommend. Thank you. read more

Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control - Here was my problem in front yard - Pest Control Near Me - Riverside, California

I usually take care of spiders on my own but when I became outnumbered in the backyard and saw new webs every morning, I decided to call the experts. Cuca from the office was so sweet and explained the pricing (which is amazing) for the initial visit and follow up visits thereafter. Mike called when he was 15 minutes away on the day of the appointment and was just as professional as his counterpart in the office. He took extra care in getting all places in the front and backyard. He even moved stuff that was in corners to spray behind it . He even removed current spider webs with a de-Webber tool (I'm not even going to pretend like I know what its actually called, so de Webber it is). Thorough, professional, and kind. Will refer anyone else who complains of spider troubles to these guys . Thank you! read more

Has a big mouse in my home, called Go PHER and Mike came with in few hours he set up traps and the next day the big mouse was trapped. Next day was Sunday and they were closed but called mike he came the same day and pickup the trap Highly Recommended read more

Living in Eastvale we have first hand experience of the problems gophers can cause. Many pest control companies do not have the experience or dedication to catch gophers. Go-Pher has solved that problem. They were able to catch 3(!) Gophers that had infested and nearly ruined our lawn. When we had nearly given up hope they were able to catch the gophers that Home Depot remedies could not. They provided excellent pricing packages that included both a guarantee and insect treatments. They are honest about what works and what doesn't. Sean is our regular serviceman and is a great guy, he is honest and takes pride in his work each time. Thanks guys for taking one of my headaches away and making my life gopher-less! Recommend to anyone in Eastvale with pesky gopher problems. read more

I called this exterminator for an ant problem on my property. Mike answered my call, and was very helpful in answering my questions. He gave me a fair quote for an initial spray, & continuing service. He was polite and was able to send out a tech the same day! Sean came to my house on time with a courtesy call beforehand. Super nice & friendly guy! He explained the process he was going to do & went over everything thoroughly with me. He took his time spraying the perimeter of the house and told me he would be back in 30 days to do another spray. After the 30 days, a regular 60 day schedule will occur. I recommend this company if you're looking for people who do a good job & are friendly! read more

I've worked with both Mike and Sean from GTK for some time. In recent years, I've become used to working with Sean most of the time to deal with my consistent gopher problems. Sean is always remarkably professional and bends over backwards to make sure that the problems are dealt with. He's punctual, extremely hard working, diligent and relentless. Phenomenal. If you want your pest problems dealt with, Go-Pher The Kill is a great choice, and Sean is no small part of that. Seriously, I've gotten help from GTK for years and have never had reason to complain. I've mentioned them to friends and neighbors because of the quality of service I've received. And if you have pest problems OTHER than gophers, call them anyway. You'd be amazed what they can do. Thanks so much for all you've done here, Sean. It's always good to have you back. read more

I used Go-Pher the Kill recently for rodent control as I had been hearing animals in my walls. The receptionist (I don't want to spell her name wrong) was extremely responsive and always makes me feel like I am a priority when I call. Nick came out to complete an inspection and was very helpful in explaining everything he saw. I could tell he's knowledgeable on the subject and is very personable. I especially appreciated his awareness and responsibility in ensuring my own animals are safe during every visit. I'm now using them regularly for pest control and they've been a great help! read more

My husband reached out to Go-Pher The Kill in an attempt to rid our recently landscaped yard of a few gophers who found a new home. We were accurately quoted the amount for service and provided a time when the technician would come out. The technician, Chris, arrived at the scheduled time, walked me through the process and detailed what their services will entail for the next 30 days. Chris was pleasant, professional, efficient and provided top-notch customer service. And thanks to Chris, our yard is now gopher free! Thank you again, Chris! read more

These guys are awesome! We had a mole that, despite our best efforts, we could not get rid of. We reached out to Go-Pher, they provided us a fair estimate and scheduled a day to come out. Upon arrival they actual slightly decreased the estimate based on the size of our yard. A few days later, they came back and confirmed they caught the mole! They checked back a week later to make sure we didn't have any other intruders and set some bait to make sure they got everything. What I was most pleased with, however, was the final follow up call we got yesterday. They called to remind us that our 30 day guaranty period was almost over so just wanted to make sure we haven't had any additional problems. Really awesome customer service!! read more

Go-Pher is awesome! You won't be disappointed with this company. I had a gopher problem on my property, which is a little over 1/4 acre, and Nic came out and set about 8 traps. He came by the following week and removed what he had caught, then baited the holes as a final barrier against future gophers. Nic was great! He was on time, very knowledgeable, and was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks Nic. read more

I had a family of gophers in my front yard for about a month before I decided to call this company and the only thing I regret is not calling them sooner. My technician John was very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. He estimated it would take a month to kill the gopher, I went ahead and paid for the service. After the month had ended I was still having gopher issues, and he extended my service at no additional cost for another 30 days without me asking. He managed to get rid of the gophers during this time period and I haven't had any issues since. read more

We have not had a single issue with gophers or any rodents of any kind for that matter since we have had the service. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. read more

So far extremely annoyed with this company's, this my second time using them and the service is polarizing. Last time the previous tech was punctual, office staff returned phone calls, and the issue was resolved timely. I called to make an appointment yesterday, and was routed through a call center, made a tentative appointment, received a call back from three different techs, not even sure which one is coming nor at what time and trying to get ahold of someone at the office for clarification is painful ordeal...I ended up calling someone else. Then they showed up and so I was a little miffed. Price point was good though. read more

I had a gopher problem that was driving me crazy and I decided to look for a professional to take care of my issue. After looking around and reading reviews I decided to give Go-pher the kill a call and I'm glad I did. They displayed great customer service and answered all my questions regarding their services. Nick came out to my house for the initial call and he was very informative and extremely professional when it came to gopher catching, he set a couple traps and bait and the following day he came back to discover that he caught two gophers in my lawn. I'm very happy with the service and decided to continue using Gopher the kill's monthly service. Thank you Nick. read more

We've used Go-pher the kill two separate times a few years apart for rodents in the attic. Both times they have been very professional and amazing. They have taken care of the rodents within the service time and they stay away. I've dealt with a few of their employees coming to check traps the first round and they were all courteous and professional. The second time was during the COVID lock down and Mike always came masked and practiced social distancing precautions. He always showed up when he said he would and always answered any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pest control. We will definitely continue to call them for any future rodent or pest needs. read more

I highly recommend this company for any type of pest control. They are professional, clean and always friendly. My house had issues with rodents, spiders, ants...when we bought it and these guys have kept ALL of them away for years now. If I do see a spider, I can just call and they'll come back out! read more

I can't believe it. They set five traps the first week, caught one gopher. They would not install any more traps even though they couldn't see the ground for gopher activity because of heavy vegetation. How hard would it be to set a couple more traps the second of four weeks just to make sure you caught all the gophers. Zero customer satisfaction. read more

I was very pleased with the service we received from Go-Pher the Kill!! We saw the truck parked at a neighbor's house and called to get a quote. Within 30 minutes, Nic was at our door to check out the backyard and give us a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We hired him on the spot and He was done setting the traps within an hour. Nic went above and beyond to make our yard look so much better! He filled in holes, removed dirt, and saved as much grass as he could. I really appreciated his expertise on all things Go-Phers and lawns!!!! He came back a week later and the Go-Pher was caught!!!! I've never been so excited to see a dead animal. The follow up customer service was awesome too!! I would highly recommend this company!!! Thanks Nic!!!!! read more

So far I'm happy with the results, I would highly recommend using their service and will be signing up on a ongoing service. Thanks guys you guys are awesome! read more

I needed someone to come out and get rid of these spiders and other bugs. This time of season always brings all these bugs inside our house. Since we got the house sprayed we haven't as so much seen one inside the house. I've also noticed we aren't seeing them outside the house either. Overall very happy with results read more

This is great company. We first contacted them when we had gopher problems. And then ants and spiders and then rodents that got inside the 3rd car garage wrecking havoc on our stuff. They always try to get somebody to get to the house right away. Nic Shafer is the one always going to our house. He always ring the doorbell to let me know he's going to check the bait boxes in our backyard. Sometimes he calls beforehand. When I see him, he always asks me how everything is going and if there are problems and he always go and check and solve these problems if we have them. He's polite and knows how to get rid of these pests. Great job Nic! read more
