Mike and his team are just absolutely amazing to work with. Honest and nice people that are affordable a reliable. When we purchased our house we had them come out and do an inspection on bugs and rodent proof the addict. They recommended a team to come disinfect and put in new insulation as well as proof the house and also spray for bugs. Gave me all the information on the sprays as we have a 10 month old and two small dogs and assured the safety. They're always easy to talk to and responsive. Love working with them and will continue to use them as long as we live in their service area. read more

Highly recommend their services. They worked with us and I felt like they genuinely cared. Nick was awesome and his communication skills are top notch and he did a thorough job. On time. Good deal. Great product used. I would definitely sign up for the repeat service savings. read more

We purchased a newly built home. When we were conducting our first walk through, both my wife and sons noticed heavy trails of ants all around the perimeter of our unoccupied home as well as the trail of ants going into our home. Our home was even built with a pest control system installed but I read about too many problems with homeowners becoming sick due to the pesticide leaking out of the tubing system and into the home's atmosphere. When we "got the keys" from the builder, we started prepping the home for moving in. That's when we noticed the ants were inside our home that was still empty. We had ants in our empty pantry, and ants all over our computer desk in the kitchen area. It was apparent the ants were entering from the outside into our kitchen area. We also had some big A** ants in the backyard that some other local vendors we had at the house say they never saw before. That morning, I had to make travel arrangements to leave for a family emergency in Northern CA. My wife was left dealing with our movers for the next two days as well as the severe ant issue. I recall reading previous Yelp reviews about Mission Pest Control and the owner Mike, since our HOA has its own Internet website and other homeowners were mentioning the severe ant problems they were experiencing and who they were using. So I researched who we were going to call if the need ever arose. I called Mike in a panic and left a message. He returned my call in a very short time. He was very personalable and professional and described his different pricing/treatment tiers. There was no pressure to buy into a long term contract. We chose his bi-monthly program where he guarantees no ants or spiders inside the home after 5 days of a treatment. I was kind of skeptical but willing to wait and see. He came to our house the next day and met with my wife who was very impressed with Mike. He treated both inside and outside our home. He showed our young sons the huge A** ants in the backyard and taught them they are aggressive biters and stingers. My wife called me to let me know that there were no ants inside our home the next morning and all of the trails in and around our home were now non-existent. That was at the end of Oct. To date, we have seen no ants anywhere inside or outside or new home. Mike just came by for a 30 day revisit inspection and this time I got to meet him. He's a great guy! I'm glad we found him on Yelp. Mike informed us that he is purchasing another pest control company and will be renaming Mission Pest Control to it. We highly recommend calling Mike if you have any type of pest issue! read more

They have been servicing my property for over a year. The current technician Corina Pounders is super good. Dedicated and thorough. Thanks for all your great work and great communication. read more

I've tried different pest control companies in the past to try to get rid of my long time problem with gophers in my yard, but none of them were able to get rid of the gophers. As soon as I found Go-Pher the Kill, that all changed. They're always quick to come to my house when I call them, and they are always able catch any gophers when they return. Corina Pounders' customer service is always great when she comes out to trap any new gophers. read more

I have been trying to take care of my gopher problem myself for a year, to no avail. Requested a quote on yelp for an estimate, and I received an immediate response. I booked them to come out a few days later, they set traps that morning and a week later my gophers were removed. Super happy with the service which will continue for 30 days. read more

I'm very happy with the service Nic and his team has provided for us! Nic is very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what to do to solve our rat issue. The first week they set traps they caught 4 rats that were inside our walls. We will definitely be using their monthly maintenance service!! read more

Extremely happy with the services provided!! They have extremely kind and responsive staff with amazing turn around time and responses! I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know in need of exterminator services! read more

Very friendly people both on the phone and their exterminators. Reasonable prices as well. The only problem I have had is that I wasn't aware they made follow up appointments and did not give me a heads up. I called in after a missed one and was able to get the dates for the next few months. So far, no critters in my house! read more

Mike and his team at Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control are very professional and well-qualified. Throughout the past 4-5 years, I used their services for ants, bees, other insects, etc. and have been always so amazed with the quality of their work. Mike even came back once to check out the conditions for a treatment, which to me is nothing but an exemplary work-ethics and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend their services. read more

GO-FOR The WIN! These guys are fantastic! One of the best practices we've seen in a very long time! With so many positive reviews this company has as well as Cuca's and the bosses commitment to excellence we ended up wanting to hire this reputable company for our other projects and WE WILL! We were setup for cockroach pest control next day appointment at our home (seasonal). One of their workers arrived and only spent 5 minutes inside and left. This surprised us so we contacted Cuca and this is where the magic happened. Not only did she send someone else next day but also delivered in spades the service and commitment we were expecting from such a highly rated establishment! They found the actual location where those little suckers were entering home and were able to eliminate them QUICKLY they also covered the rest of our home which guaranteed these small roaches will gone! To top things off the 'boss' was the actual person that went to handle the situation and get it done right! UNBELIEVABLY awesome! These guys quickly responded and made us feel great about contracting them which is how it should be! :) Now onto our next home guys! Thanks read more

This place is AWESOME!!! My front yard was infested with gophers. Everyday there would be 4 to 5 new gopher holes but when we had gopher the kill come out that immediately changed! In the first week they caught 4 gophers out my front lawn and one gopher in my backyard. Im happy to say that the gopher activity has been eliminated! There was a time when they came out and the next day there was activity in a new area but they were nice enough to come back out and put gopher bait and resolved that issue as well! You guys should come down on the price a little tho. I think $500 was way to much for the service. $300 would have made more sense. Overall I'm happy with there services and I would recommend them if you have gopher issues! Customer service is very friendly and nice some places are rude but gopher the kill always had great attitude and made me a happy customer! Thanks again gopher the kill!!!! Try and bring down that price you guys have tho . read more

Nic has come out twice now (once for the initial visit and once for our first month of the bimonthly visits) and we are so pleased with him and the entire company. He was very friendly, remembers our dog to make sure she's not out in the yard when he comes to spray, and the owner has sent a hand written card and some goodies! We haven't seen any Widows or crickets, especially since the second visit, and we're so excited to continue doing business with them. 10/10 recommend! read more

Highly recommend! Nic was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to our specific situation. He answered all our questions and was very thorough. He showed us each step in the process of catching and removing the gophers and how to recognize new activity. These guys know what they're doing. Thank you Nic! read more

Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control - Found a nest in our front yard with 2 baby gophers inside. - Pest Control Near Me - Riverside, California

After reading all the great reviews I decided to contact Go-Pher the Kill. They were very easy to get a hold of and were able to service my home right away. John, was our technician. We have been fighting gophers on my property for 2 1/2 years. We have a regular pest control guy that seem to be reducing the population but not illuminating the problem. We hired Go-Pher The Kill and the gophers were gone within 24 hours. I can't even believe it. It has now been almost a month since they initially started, they've come back multiple times and have been very thorough. They are quick and easy to work it with, their set up was simple. Mike and his team are awesome. From Christina at the office to each of the technicians we have had the pleasure to work with we have been surprised by how polite, honest and professional the team is. OK I get it your looking for someone to kill gophers and they do that and they do that well. Understand that beyond that Christina works hard to schedule you in when you need them. Mike and Norm text you 15-20min out to keep you informed as to their arrival. Once there if your home they will update you on there actions, answer questions and provide recommendations. Once completed they will send a report on what actions were taken and results of any previous visits. Again these guys (and girl) are awesome both in results and in the way they do business. read more

Responded quickly, very professional, and got the varmint on the first try. Gopher gone!!

Very happy with the service. They took care of some gophers that destroyed my lawn.

I've never had rodents in my home and Mike took care of getting rid of these pest by placing black rodent boxes in my back and side yard and setting two stickie traps in the garage. Rick took his time and got the job done. Thanks again read more

Once again, Go-Pher The Kill has come to the rescue!! Our uninvited guest was tearing up our back yard. Manny, from Go-Pher The Kill came out to our home and set traps at the site. Manny is courteous/professional and he made sure to ask if we had pets. This simple question is critically important as it allows him to make a decision as to what method to use to remove our guest. Manny set the traps, and I honestly believe that our guest was taken care of in just a relatively short period of time as I noticed no additional activity! Thank you Manny. Thank you Go-Pher The Kill. read more

Nic Shafer with Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control is a gopher's worst nightmare! We contacted this company due to our gopher infestation in our backyard lawn. Our home is perched in the hills above Riverside within the Lake Hills community, so we have a lot of wildlife. This year was an exceptionally active year for gophers and other insects and wildlife due to the abundance of rain during the previous winter. Normally, I wouldn't mind the occasional gophers in previous years. But this summer the abundance of gophers was getting out of control. They were tearing up our lawn right next to our pool which was causing dirt and rocks to be thrown into our pool from the gopher mounds. It was time to call a professional. The customer service on my initial call was amazing. They sent a technician named Nic almost immediately. I met Nic on his first service day at my home and he was SO friendly, knowledgeable and just a great person. He spent time explaining the tactics they use, which was trapping, baiting and the use of carbon monoxide to penetrate the tunnels. After 3-4 visits within 30 days our gopher problem vanished. I will continue to use Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control in the future and I would like to commend Nic Shafer for his excellent service and attitude!!! read more

My yard had an issue. The dirt was pushed up from the ground. The Gopher The Kill solved the issue on my front yard. Shaun is nice and professional. He saw my yard area and checked. He confirmed this issue wasn't a fire ant. It is a gopher made this trail. He gave me an estimate then I told him OK to start. He said that the service was covered 30 days guaranteed and 3 times services. He is fast and neat and clean. He put 5 gopher traps down with (5) orange color flags up. Almost a week, follow-up appt sent by text and email. Shaun came back. He checked on 2nd trap, he found a gopher in a trap. He cleaned up the area neatly. He said he will bring something to make grass look nice next trip. Service is great and neat and clean, also fast and reliable. I highly recommend Gioher The Kill. read more

Gophers evicted. No more signs of activity which is quite a relief. The exterminator and customer service were professional and responsive.

Excellent company! I just recently completed installing a newly landscaped yard and after a few months of enjoying my yard- it stared to get attacked by gophers. I tired to deal with the issue myself (of ridding the gophers ) for a couple of months with no luck. Then Nic came out and noticed the damage, set a few traps for overnight and when he came back the following morning - he was able to catch the 3 gophers that were behind my headaches. But what really set Nic apart - was after he was done with removing the gophers he took the time to remove the large dirt piles left by the gophers and blend it all back in to the existing landscaping like they were never there. Nic is awesome and will spend the time to give you some insight on gopher habits. read more

Great company! I had a horrible ant, spider, scorpion, centipede problem and I was so sick of it. I gave Go-Pher a call and they were able to come out within a couple days. After the first service I noticed a 90% decrease in all the "bug" problems. Now after the second visit I haven't seen any! Very affordable, and now they'll be coming every other month to keep the bugs away. Extremely good customer service and an overall fantastic company. So glad I stumbled upon their Yelp page. Give them a call, you won't regret it. read more

Throughout the years, I have been handling my gopher problems on my own. I know what to do and how to do it. This year, I was not up for the challenge. Hesitantly, I requested Go-Pher The Kill Pest Control to handle what I have normally done on my own all these years. I must say, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and how they were going to do it. Most importantly, they consistently kept me informed by email and text. I could not have expected an better first time experience. And yes, the gophers have been taken care of. And yes, I will call on Gop-Pher The Kill again! read more

At first I thought someone was dumping dirt into our yard at night as a prank. But with a little research, I was able to figure out it was gophers. I had no idea about gophers so I didn't really take any action. I thought they would go away within a few days but nope! I called on a Friday in a panic since the dirt mounds were getting worse in the front lawn. The gopher was tearing everything up, very frustrating to see all these dirt mounds come up overnight. Anyway, we got an appointment set the next day. Mark arrived on time and set bait for the lawn-destroying creatures. Mark was super friendly and informed me about the gophers. He offers a 30-day guarantee. If the baits don't get them the first time, he will come back and set traps. I highly recommend these guys! read more

InI don't know what my parents put on their roof overhangs but whatever it is, wasps LOVE it because I came home and there were about 15 nests around their house. You would think that with their chain-smoking and my mom's oily Chinese cooking the last place you would see a living creature is under their roof. Regardless, it was time to do something about it so I looked on trusty Yelp and found Mike the exterminator's business and gave him a call. He responded to my message quickly and quoted me the cheapest price I could find, and was even able to come by that same day after his normal business hours to do the job. I waited inside while he worked and then, one hour and no screams or sounds of sprinting down the street later, the job was complete! Awesome. Will definitely keep Go-Pher the Kill, Inc in mind for the next collection of pests my parents decide to acquire. read more
