First time I believe they caught 3 (set traps, and even used CO2 as the gophers were pretty settled in yards of our new home). This time around they caught 1 and that did the trick. This place is AWESOME!!! My front yard was infested with gophers. Everyday there would be 4 to 5 new gopher holes but when we had gopher the kill come out that immediately changed! In the first week they caught 4 gophers out my front lawn and one gopher in my backyard. Im happy to say that the gopher activity has been eliminated! There was a time when they came out and the next day there was activity in a new area but they were nice enough to come back out and put gopher bait and resolved that issue as well! You guys should come down on the price a little tho. I think $500 was way to much for the service. $300 would have made more sense. Overall I'm happy with there services and I would recommend them if you have gopher issues! We purchased a newly built home. When we were conducting our first walk through, both my wife and sons noticed heavy trails of ants all around the perimeter of our unoccupied home as well as the trail of ants going into our home. Our home was even built with a pest control system installed but I read about too many problems with homeowners becoming sick due to the pesticide leaking out of the tubing system and into the home's atmosphere. When we "got the keys" from the builder, we started prepping the home for moving in. That's when we noticed the ants were inside our home that was still empty. We had ants in our empty pantry, and ants all over our computer desk in the kitchen area. It was apparent the ants were entering from the outside into our kitchen area. He was very personalable and professional and described his different pricing/treatment tiers. There was no pressure to buy into a long term contract. We chose his bi-monthly program where he guarantees no ants or spiders inside the home after 5 days of a treatment. I was kind of skeptical but willing to wait and see. He came to our house the next day and met with my wife who was very impressed with Mike. He treated both inside and outside our home. My wife called me to let me know that there were no ants inside our home the next morning and all of the trails in and around our home were now non-existent. That was at the end of Oct. Our home is perched in the hills above Riverside within the Lake Hills community, so we have a lot of wildlife. This year was an exceptionally active year for gophers and other insects and wildlife due to the abundance of rain during the previous winter. Normally, I wouldn't mind the occasional gophers in previous years. But this summer the abundance of gophers was getting out of control. Excellent company! I just recently completed installing a newly landscaped yard and after a few months of enjoying my yard- it stared to get attacked by gophers. I tired to deal with the issue myself (of ridding the gophers ) for a couple of months with no luck. Then Nic came out and noticed the damage, set a few traps for overnight and when he came back the following morning - he was able to catch the 3 gophers that were behind my headaches. But what really set Nic apart - was after he was done with removing the gophers he took the time to remove the large dirt piles left by the gophers and blend it all back in to the existing landscaping like they were never there.
