WHAT A FRUSTRATING WASTE OF TIME!!! : O

After [Don't] Go Luxury Auto Group advised me ... ... that they had the SUV I wanted to see and test drive, they divulged about 30 minutes after my wife's and my arrival at their warehouse that it supposedly was "around the corner" being detailed [not true] and that they were about to go get it. Then the story changed to its being at the dealership (nearly 4 miles away), having the prior owner's data cleared from it. They invited us to wait half an hour for them to retrieve the car. I declined. IT ADDED INSULT TO INJURY THAT THEY: 1) required me to make an appointment to see the vehicle 2) waited on the phone for me to respond to two email confirmations of the appointment (the first one had the wrong time), which was arduous with my poor internet connection, thanks to the recent storms 3) advised that we'd have to reschedule if I were more than 15 minutes late 4) called me repeatedly when I was just 3 minutes late (apparently to rattle my cage) while I was coping with their limited parking availability and 5) played 20 questions with me and my wife and made all sots of small talk for roughly 30 minutes before coming clean that the vehicle Wasn't.Even.There! Now I wonder whether they had us drive over just to determine whether they might be able to switch us to another vehicle in their inventory. PLEASE DO YOUR FELLOW CAR SHOPPERS A FAVOR: Whenever you go to an operation that doesn't have the vehicle they confirm is ready/waiting/available for you to see, call them out with an online one-star review like this. I've been jacked around enough times like this for the whole rigmarole to seem like standard operating procedure for shadier operators to milk leads for all they're worth. How selfish and inconsiderate! BE ADVISED: Some dealerships routinely leave already-sold cars on cars.com, etc. in order to generate extra calls. And why not? What do *they* lose by inconveniencing sales prospects who might be manipulated to buy whatever else once they've burned a chunk out of their day to drive across town, have their drivers licenses copied, answer detailed questionnaires, provide all their contact information, meet several dealer employees, and chit chat for a dog's age.

Buyer Beware. I traded in 3 cars, for a newer one to clear upnsokendept and payments. One month later, I'm continuing to make payments on all three of the cars I traded in. One has now been paid off because I paid the $39 balance Go Luxury didn't pay. No idea if the other two are paid off yet, they were not as of 2 days ago. GL told me I might get a refund from the lender and refuses to reimburse me for the payments I made on THEIR cars. Additionally, they tried to charge me for TINT the never changed out... I had it done somewhere else after. Buyers beware of fast talkers with more excuses than solutions. You have been warned.

The left sensor is damaged. If you look, you can see how it's pushed in a bit. Not covered by warranty.

I took my car to BMW because I had a sensor malfunction alert. It was there when I test drive, but I was told that the car was under warranty and I could take it to the dealership and it could be fixed. BMW told that it was not cover by the warranty because it was damaged, not just out. They also told me that an after market battery was put in my car and it killed the lithium ion battery that cost $1200 in addition to the $500 battery plus labor. Not even a week after purchasing the car, I had to pay $2000 on batteries and when I called Go Luxury to see if they were aware and would help, their only reply was, "you bought the car as is!" Why would I think to pull the battery out or look under the car? They are not honest! BMW 430i can only support BMW batteries and they have to be programmed by BMW. The car was still under warranty and they put an aftermarket battery in and put it up for sale. There was also damage under the car. I have to get all of it fixed! Worst experience EVER!!! If you test drive a car here, drive it to the dealership and let them do a key check and look at the car! I do not recommend or trust these ppl!!!

Go Luxury Auto has rectified any issues I've had with my vehicle. They have been helpful in repairs as well as answering my questions. Both Ms. Carolyn and Bryan were very sweet in aiding me through this process!

Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas had the best deal in the DFW area for me and took excellent care of me with great financing!

Thank you, Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas & Team! I had a positive experience, and Bryan and Porche delivered impeccably with no pressure and did a fantastic job! Car buying can be stressful. However, as the purchaser, you have the right to do your diligence, which is why you have a three-day clause on your contract, which is standard across the board, not only at Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas. I had my car privately inspected, and guess what, only one minor issue, and guess what, I politely shared the inspection report with Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas, and I did not even have to ask, will you take care of this? Bryan was all over it; when can you bring the car in; we will gladly take care of this for you! Again something very minor as alignment that could have easily been bumped on a test drive by another customer things happens. Still, you will gain vs. lose when you handle yourself professionally and respectfully! Remember, cars are in high demand right now, be patient, and most of all, give any dealership a correct chance as every dealership is experiencing strong demand; no dealership has control over interest rates; however, do your part, and a bank will work with you! I had excellent financing in less than 20 minutes on the long end!  Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas has earned my business for many future cars! Shop around, and see if you can find that car with a clean Carfax report at Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas pricing; you will not find that the vehicle or you will pay for it in the long run with a dealership markup on the extended warranty! Give Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas, Bryan, and Porche, along with his entire team, a chance to deliver quality service and a car deal that you, if your blink your eye at, ponder thinking you will find a better deal, your car more than likely will not be there tomorrow? Again, wholesale, not retail!  Yesterday, while at Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas, my car had the alignment fixed; when I tell you, cars move, they move, and guess what? The first person to make an offer gets the vehicle, Bryan owns a business, and no dealership holds cars unless you place a deposit against the vehicle. So, to the one-star review that two cars sold the night before, yes, that is true; you are buying at Wholesale pricing, and when cars are in demand, either new or used, an excellent clean vehicle with a perfect CarFax report will not sit at his dealership long at all! Again, wholesale, not retail, significant difference!  Several One Star reviews point the finger back at the one writing the review; if you would only communicate would communicate with Bryan and his team, you would not have a $29 difference in the payoff. I am sure that is a late fee, interest, or something tiny, but trust me, Bryan is a great gentleman who does the right thing for you and builds relationships, not sour relationships. You need to know if your two other cars are paid off. Do you know how to make a phone call to the lender and check your balance? I paid a small fee once when trading a car vs. dealing with the dealership; it was worth it to have peace of mind knowing I would not have a late payment. If you have a late payment, you have all your documents showing you traded the two vehicles in to have the late pay removed; however, be proactive as an adult and pick up the phone before you slam a business with a negative review; I can tell you Bryan will take care of the situation, trust goes a long way, negative reviews tank your ability to peacefully resolve something so minor when it could be a misunderstanding on both part. As an adult, I encourage you to take ownership and handle your affairs professionally by making a phone call to Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas. One key element when reading any review is that all reviews are one-sided and did you do what you needed to do; out of all the cars, Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas has only two one-star reviews and three five-star reviews; however, in any business, Google reviews are more critical than a Yelp review as Yelp sides with the writer, not the business owner leaving this platform very unfair. Therefore, you should take the time to look up any company and take reviews with a grain of salt and ask questions, that is your part as a purchaser, as reviews are one-sided, and I can tell you Bryan will tell you the truth!  Again, thank you, Go Luxury Auto Group of Dallas, Bryan, Porche, and his entire team!    Your client forever! Mark

Craig came out to greet us and he was so accommodating. Then Steve came out, what a great demeanor, and is very seasoned in the business. He was such a pleasure to work with! Their selection of cars are the cream of the crop and at a fair market price, like I said I did my homework. I bought a beautiful SUV there. Craig and Steve walked me through the financing in a breeze. Thank You Guys! This is a high caliber dealership with genuine people. Highly Recommend

We purchased a 2015 suburban from BBC Motorsports back in March. We had a fantastic purchasing…read moreexperience but I decided to wait and post my review after we'd driven the car a few months. Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.
