Definitely on the pricier side. $27.24 for 2 frozen Yogurts. After we had dinner at the Corner restaurant, my son and I decided to go to this fairly new opened Fro-yo and give them a try. Walked in at 6:40pm and were greeted by a lady by the name of Keilah F. She weighed our Fro-yo and we were on our way out. They don't have inside seating and the place is very small & bright. Also very clean. All the dispensers were working fine and there were probably like 10 people inside. Outside seating is right next to the shop. My son went with Honey Yogurt and added his toppings: Dates, Strawberry, Blueberry, & Granola. I got mine plain. Greek Honey & Plain Tart. Both of our Fro-yos were above and beyond delicious. It was creamy, silky, smooth and very REFRESHING! 10/10!! We will definitely be back to try other flavors. Underground, valet & street parking. Located inside a shopping center next to Western Bagels. They don't accept cash and don't allow you to sample any of the Frozen Yogurts. No need to sample, it's that GOOD!! Can Greek Yogurt be the new froyo trend of the 2020's? The answer is almost certainly no and I am confused why other reviews are describing this spot as frozen yogurt when it is actually greek yogurt?? This location is in a small plaza right off Coldwater Canyon/Ventura Blvd and I'd seen it while driving by and got curious enough to stop by with my mom. The shop itself is small and only permits 5 people inside at a time, and there is only limited outdoor seating. The main clerk who was there wasn't welcoming from the get go which immediately made the whole encounter here seem off. They sell: savory and sweet preplanned greek yogurt bowls as well as DIY greek yogurt bowls but the kicker is there is no price listed anywhere for the price by weight for these DIY bowls which it seems is what most customers are getting?? They also don't allow samples which is unusual to me compared to literally every other actual froyo shop and while they say this is for sanitary purposes to not have people use their hands, why not offer mini sample cups like other places do such as Menchies?? The greek yogurt itself was fine, tasted like normal greek yogurt you can get at the grocery store. I tried tarte, honey, and peach and they were all well done. I also got some toppings which were normal and fine with the sole exception of the cinnamon cookie which was so dry and awful, I cannot possibly recommend it. Two bowls w a medium + small amount of toppings was $16 pretax + tip. This is very pricy, in my opinion, for what is being offered. We've been regular customers at the Studio City Go Greek Yogurt for a while now--at least once a week with our family. It's always been a go-to spot for us, which makes this experience especially disappointing. On April 30 around 6:00 PM, we walked in with our kids and immediately noticed a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the entire store. It wasn't subtle--it was overwhelming to the point where we turned around and left without ordering. To be clear, we weren't greeted when we walked in (which is unusual for this location), but the real issue was the environment. This is a family-oriented business, and the condition of the store at that time was completely inappropriate, especially with children present. As we were leaving, two other families came in and had the exact same reaction--they walked right back out. Something like this shouldn't be happening during business hours. Whether it's staff behavior or lack of oversight, it reflects poorly on management and the brand. We've had good experiences here in the past, but after this, we'll be thinking twice before coming back unless this is clearly addressed. read more

I was very impressed to see a vegan frozen yogurt. It's rare to find a non sorbet vegan frozen yogurt, and it was absolutely delicious!

First off - the yogurt is great. High quality and quite tasty. The service and ambiance are fine - nothing ultra special. Staff is nice. But the pricing is exorbitant - one yogurt for me came out to $27. The size was fairly big, but not $27 big. Not even remotely close. Will I eat there again? Yes. It's delicious. But... $27? The honey flavor is delicious! The toppings offered are nothing spectacular. The amount to the price is not worth it. It is even more difficult to justify getting anything you want when there are not prices listed for the build your own. My friend got an almost full cup for $16+ and mine was less than half for around $10+. Although it was good I don't think the price is justified toward the product quantity/quality you're getting. I was unaware that Go Greek, imports their product from Greece , what a delightful fact . The Ambiance is more of a grab and go, but there is seating outside. They offer both frozen and cold Greek yogurt . I ordered the Frozen Greek Yogurt with honey , this was perfectly tart and the honey did not over power it . Today, my daughter and I each got a small DIY bowl that were about 2/3 full including toppings - $29! I see why prices aren't displayed because I would have walked right out. Let me be clear, I love the frozen yogurt here but the prices are crazy. You need to take a loan out if you go here more than once a month. So for the prices- had to take off stars. Attached is my picture of my yogurt. Less than 1/2 of the small cup. It was $9.00. About 12 bites of yogurt. They only had the heavy weighted chocolate chips and no carob chips - maybe done on purpose not sure because of weight of topping. I did find cacao flakes after putting chocolate chips on and those are much lighter in weight. I don't see this place staying in business with these prices, but the frozen yogurt is excellent. read more

Yes, but frozen yogurt is not cheap to begin with, and for this amazing quality it makes sense why I need to pay a few extra bucks... The difference between Go Greek frozen yogurt and any other frozen yogurt company is like comparing authentic Japanese sushi to Americanized sushi. You get what you pay for, and if you want the real deal, you need to pay a bit more. If you want the mediocre stuff, then you can go to the alternatives. I ended up getting the Energia, and immediately was so impressed with the quality and wholesome taste of the yogurt. However, I do like to occasionally treat myself there since the yogurt bowls are healthy & tasty, and whenever I see a promo on my app, I will definitely make it a point to go. Unfortunately, they do not honor all promos that are on the app. I went in today for the Valentine's Day "BOGO 50% Bowls". The deal literally said "50% off your second bowl when you buy 2", but when I went to order 2 bowls and tried to use the promo, they told me I couldn't use it on the same Greek Yogurt Bowl, and it only applied if I bought one FROZEN yogurt "bowl" (even though there are no frozen yogurt bowls on the menu), and one regular Greek Yogurt Bowl. When I tried to explain to them what the promo stated (that it didn't specify frozen vs regular yogurt), they just said they couldn't really help me and that's just how it was. So either the promo is misleading or the employee didn't know what she was talking about. So I'm taking one star off for how expensive it is, another star off for them not honoring the promo, and a third star off for the lack of customer service. I'll give 2 stars because it is healthy and it is tasty, and it's one thing if the price is too much (I can just go less often), but it's another thing to lack the integrity to honor a clearly written out promo that had no fine print about what type of bowl you could or could not get.
