Using the best tools, not leaving a mess, making jokes along the way...? We hadn't cleaned our carpets for a good 10 years. We've got a dog and 2 kids (not to mention kids' friends). The dirt, the grime -- it all came up. What's more, Russell is transparent about what he does. He'll explain it to you and show you why his equipment is superior. He's proud of his work. And he definitely cares.
