And because this shop is located in my neighborhood, it's my dry cleaner of choice. Every time I pop in, I am the only customer. I spend an average of about 187 seconds in here whether I'm dropping off or picking up. The prices are great (granted, I don't know what dry cleaning costs, but it seems fine?) I'll continue utilizing them until I have a job where I can wear my at-home uniform of a tank top and athletic shorts every day.

First, I was told to come back on Monday after 6pm to pick it up. Went on Monday evening, just to be told oh no, it's going to take the whole week and won't be ready before Friday. When I picked up my items, the comforter cover was done so poorly that I'm not sure what exactly they did to it. It's super wrinkled and COVERED in lint (see picture). If I washed it, it would've come out better. To top it off, they charged me $86! I deeply regret tying a new place since we moved and I wanted to avoid a 25min drive to my usual dry cleaners. They took an expensive shirt; added stains from their cleaning products; and took out most of the original (beige) color leaving it a dingy white. this shirt had only been worn a few times. After having to ask what they were going to do about it several times they offered $30 cash or $50 credit. I had proof I paid more but they said this was their policy. A policy that is not posted in their store. i obviously took the cash because I won't risk my other clothes. If your items cost more than $30 I would suggest not coming here.

This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

She even noticed the train was super long(like a wedding gown) and suggested we cut it down to make it easier to dance and walk in. this was not an easy alteration the appliques had to be removed and the waist hips and butt taken in then the appliqué's has to be hand sewn back in.
