first off i called and spoke with a guy and clearly asked can they fix my ecm from a 2009 honda accord, his reply was yes. now mind you me i have a complete diagnostic vehicle system report dhowing exactly what's wrong with the ecm. turnaround time 3-5 days, yea right. i drive 40 miles and drop my part off, was told by the young lady that took my order that someone would contact me within a couple of days and let me know how they would proceed, that didn't happen. i contacted them a couple days later and are told that the 3-5 days would be to check out my ecm. fast forward 5 days later and i get a call saying they cannot repair the ecm because they don't have the proper wiring harness to test it and figure out the issues with it. i was ticked off to put it nicely. if they did not have the proper equipment then why say so and have a customer drive 40 miles and then have to go pick up my part if you were unable to repair it. my time, travel and high gas prices to mention. false advertisment for turnaround and being able to repair an item when they don't have the proper equipment. read more

I don't get it. GoECM did the hard part - they shipped me a rebuilt TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) that totally resolved the problems I had with my 2012 Dodge Durango. And they charged me a $100 core charge, which was supposed to be refunded when I returned my TIPM. I did my part - returned it (with all fuses and relays still installed), tracked it, and saw delivery confirmed to GoECM. Then... nothing. They didn't do the easy part! No core charge credited to my credit card, no "the core you returned wasn't rebuildable" message, in fact no communication of any kind, for weeks. So, finally I filed a credit card dispute. And instead of answering it or explaining themselves, they just let it expire without answering, which took about 6 weeks in total. Finally, I have my core charge back about 4 months after I first ordered the TIPM. So disappointing that I could have been writing a glowing review, but instead I'm really unhappy that they tried not to give me my core charge back. read more

Go ECM - Why Was This Necessary? - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Grand Prairie, Texas

Sent my ECM to them back in July 23rd. Being told there was a 2 day turn around. I explained the shop owner was retiring and I guess that's a notice to them to slow it down. Turn around turned into 3 weeks. They didn't even look at it for a week. Every time I called I got a different story. Once I was told it was done and would ship out that day. It didn't. Next day I called and they said they had to order parts and it would be a week. I asked them what the deal was, and got a smarmy we can ship it back. when they got it fixed they were supposed to ship it back that day, and again, they didn't. Called them back. and asked them for a copy of the work and to make sure it shipped this time. They promised they would email me the report. They didn't, but they did ship it back this time. I ended up calling them again 2 days later to get the report. read more

I bought a tipm from them the first one worked for about 14 months then went bad they replaced it under warranty it only lasted about 2 weeks and did the same thing again and they have tried 2 more times since then . They kept it this last time for over a week and told me that there was nothing wrong with it but my tail lights and parking lights still do not work I don't think they even checked it the last 2 times so I will never do business with them again and definitely won't recommend them to anyone else !!! Definitely not happy with them * only because it has to have a star rating read more

worst experience from any company i've ever had. took insanely long and they didn't fix my ecm they actually made it worse and gave it more problems then befor read more

I purchased a $600 TIPM for a Dodge Caravan. The part was installed and determined to be defective by a certified mechanic. The part was returned and I was then informed they would not honor the warranty, stating that the part had corroded within the couple of weeks, which is impossible. I recommend not purchasing from this sketchy company. read more

I had a great experience with this company. I have a smart junction box in my 2008 ford mustang that is damaged by water because the drains under the windshield were plugged by debris. They can refurbish the interior passenger fuse box but cannot program it for me as they are in Texas and I am in California. They communicated with me by email and telephone and answered all of my questions, they filled me in where the dealer did not answer a few questions. I am really glad that I contacted Go Ecm and will contact them again with any questions about the electronics in my ford mustang which is out of warranty. read more

they absolutely can't fix a single thing. they also give no warranty. so please I'm warning you do not use them.

Short and sweet answer, DO NOT GO TO GOECM!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO!! They are liars and you will waste your time and money with them. TIP: If you are a stupid idiot like I am and do decided to go to them, when you call and automatically place on the hold song without them answering, don't wait on hold. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER! HANG UP AND TRY AGAIN. How I know this, my husband was sent to the hold song and was waiting for 7 minutes. I decided to call on my phone and while he was still on hold, she answered on the first ring. We had to do this multiple times. read more

Best in the business. Top of the line professionals. Great communication and services. I would highly recommend them!

So my last experience with them was less than stellar. I called them on Tuesday, 10/18 and they said they'd be able to pick up my ECM tomorrow, Thursday. I called in the morning, around 10am, to see when their driver would be here. They said their driver was leaving for Fort Worth and after that, he'd be by. I waited around until about 1pm and called again asking where their driver was. A different person told me that the driver wasn't going to North Dallas today and that I'd have to wait until tomorrow, Friday they say anytime between 1 and 3pm. I ask why I got the wrong information and they say they don't know, they must have made a mistake. Okay, I can take that. Then he says, "It's a free service," as if because it's free, they don't have any responsibility. If you can't guarantee it, don't offer it as a service, free or not. If I had known, I wouldn't have waited around all morning into the afternoon. The driver shows up at 3:11pm, not that big of a deal. They say usually a 2-3 day turn around, so I should expect word back by Tuesday. It's Wednesday, 10/26, now and haven't heard anything from them. I call to get an update. They say, "We've been really busy and had a lot of work ahead of yours. We'll update you tomorrow." I bet you're thinking that I got a call back tomorrow. Nope. No call. So I call Thursday and they tell me that it's being worked on right now, they'll call me with an update tomorrow. Friday, still no call. Finally I call again on Monday and they say it's done and they can deliver it tomorrow, 11/1 (Tuesday). So if you're expecting a quick turn around, as they advertise, you may be looking at 2 weeks like I did this time. They'll apologize and say they can't guarantee anything. I asked them if they repaired what I described as the problem and the guy I talked to just said, "Well, we replaced an integrated circuit. It was all burned up." "Yes, but was it the device that I described as being bad?" "Well, the integrated circuit controls a lot of things." "Right, so was what I described controlled by that integrated circuit?" And he continued to give me a lot of vague descriptions of what they did. It probably would have been better if he just said, "I don't know. I don't have a description of the work. read more

Used these guys for an ECM and they were amazing and way cheaper than dealer .. took a week and worked great when we installed it

I had them repair a gasoline VW TCM. Upon return, I installed it but my transmission still would not work. Meanwhile I had gotten two more ECMs which I wanted to have verified as working. I sent Go ECM all three on 7/12/2017. I paid for examination of three and repair of one. All three were returned on 8/9/2017. My original has seals and a label (also acting as a seal) marked with my original repair date of Jun 9 2017. There was a technician's check sheet which said "repaired faulty circuits" and the entry for Communications/Data activity test was checked "No". Only one of the two others had seals. They had been cut, indicating that some kind of inspection may have been done--there were no other check sheets. I have emailed; I have telephoned requesting some sort of formal test report. I heard nothing in response to my first request of August 9, 2017. I have heard nothing from any of my periodic requests after that. I feel that a paid-for inspection should have come with some sort of formal report. As my original TCM was returned with an intact months-old seal, I wonder if it had ever been opened. I would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered an ECM from them. Got it, 8t didn't work properly. They told me I would have to get it calibrated by Cummins. $558 later it still didn't work so I sent it back to them 4 days shipping each way they sent me another one. It didn't work. So I sent them there ECM and mine. Another 4 days each way. 8 days total. They supposedly rebuilt mine. There was no difference. So I sent it back to them so they could check it out. I overnighted it on my dollar, $136 to be axact, cause I didn't want to wait. They didn't ship it back for 4 days. It still didn't work. I bought one from cummins, it works fine first time. So I send my paper work In to them for my return and they are telling me that it's past 30 days from purchase and they won't return my money. Terrible bussines. read more

We are an auto repair shop that specializes in complicated problems and diagnostics. Diagnosed a faulty ECM on a Cummins. Sent the ECM to GOECM.COM, paid for the "lifetime warranty." Took a long time to get it back because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, finally did and they "fixed it." Still was weeks before we got our ECM back after they said they got it. Got ECM back, had same problem. Sent it back in again, this time they said there was "no problem," took weeks to finally get it back again but they said they found and fixed the problem. Again, still the same problem. Between all this time I wasted a week testing and re-testing wiring and everything else just to come to the same conclusion that the ECM is still the fault, but at this time our customer is too upset to let us have the vehicle any more. Should have just gone with a better Cummins reman ECM from the get-go. read more

Please do your research before entering any business deals with this company. They operate in an unprofessional manner and don't hold up to their word even when under case study of the BBB. Thanks for reading and hope you don't have the issues we did. read more

No issues. Took care of business. great prices. Shout out to Stephen Ruiz for making stuff happen.

Do not use this company for any reason. The customer service is terrible. Nobody in there company is on the same page. We called 4 times to inquire about an ecm we had sent off and got 4 different answer every time. We finally asked them to send the ecm back and they had audacity to try and charge a check out fee and shipping. The only reason they received one star is because zero stars isn't an option. read more
