first off i called and spoke with a guy and clearly asked can they fix my ecm from a 2009 honda…read moreaccord, his reply was yes. now mind you me i have a complete diagnostic vehicle system report dhowing exactly what's wrong with the ecm. turnaround time 3-5 days, yea right. i drive 40 miles and drop my part off, was told by the young lady that took my order that someone would contact me within a couple of days and let me know how they would proceed, that didn't happen. i contacted them a couple days later and are told that the 3-5 days would be to check out my ecm. fast forward 5 days later and i get a call saying they cannot repair the ecm because they don't have the proper wiring harness to test it and figure out the issues with it. i was ticked off to put it nicely. if they did not have the proper equipment then why say so and have a customer drive 40 miles and then have to go pick up my part if you were unable to repair it. my time, travel and high gas prices to mention. false advertisment for turnaround and being able to repair an item when they don't have the proper equipment.

That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.

We bought our daughter a new car, and I bought new wiper blades (I believe in getting high quality blades) and after I my son and I installed them, we noticed the passenger side (OK, get ready for a very technical comment), the assembly that you connect your wiper blades, that connect to the car, and the end, where you attach the wiper blade, was bent (arm). We walked in, and we spoke with Orlando, the store manager, and my first thought was to buy a new assembly, and he said let me take a look. Orlando took a look, and went inside and came out with a pair of pliers and fixed it. 1. The store was busy, and I appreciate Orlando coming out to the car, taking a look and fixing the wiper arm for us. 2. Orlando was friendly, and had a great attitude, and was willing to help and assist. 3. Orlando also saved me $80.00 if I had to go to the dealer to buy one (not including labor.
