The beer and wine selection is both lackluster and outdated in terms of dates on many beer cans, which is disappointing. Prices are all over the place, so you have to be willing to look around a lot if you want a good deal. The store is always a fun place to window shop and get gift ideas even if I don't purchase anything on that same visit!

That's been my experience at every other location. My husband and I decided to stop in this store a few weeks ago and just check it out. This store is actually pretty decent. I found a great cookbook for a gift, and a few other things. They have a nice selection of Oregon Duck merchandise. The employees don't go out of their way to do anything special or make it a memorable trip. Which is fine. They're not terrible. When you approach the cash register, they're social and that's perfect for me. Would I return? It's not a store I feel the need to frequent often, but it's certainly better than any other location I've ever been to. The next time I go will probably be in a year when I'm looking for holiday gifts.

I went on vacation to eugene in October, and stumbled on Bree's Way. So glad we did, as they are…read morethe best crystal shop I have ever been to! My friends and I spent quite a bit of time(and money) there, and all the ladies were super friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of crystals, big and small. And a bunch of other fun stuff! And their prices are very very reasonable. I needed some crystals for a Christmas gift, and I just wasn't happy with any of my local shops, and they were very expensive. So I called Bree's Way to see if they ship, and they went out of their way to put together a package with everything I needed, and shipped it super fast! Their customer service once again shined!! I will continue to give them.my business, no matter I am. Customer service is everything, and the people here meet and exceed any expectation i ever had. And they included a little note, which made it even more personal Thank you so, so much!!

So stopping at Bree's Way, which is a new-to-me store (I'm not sure it was here even four years ago when I came home to visit) was a must stop. The woman there was really friendly, but they didn't have anything that called to me. Their jewelry selection was ok but limited; mostly rings and some pendants. They sell some chains for the pendants. They also have a lot of the standard Tarot decks, some esoteric and occult-related merchandise, posters, crystals, and so on. Parking was not bad for me when I visited, but there's not a lot of parking on Alder here. And if you don't know how to parallel park, probably best to avoid parking on the street. There's a parking lot about a block and a half down the street.

I've been buying oils from Heather for 10 years, and I've had nothing but great experiences from her. I went on a wild goose chase to find her and I was able to catch her in her final store front days before she switched over to her home front business permanently. I hadn't been to her shop for years, so I was so excited to have found her! I was looking for a specific product from years ago, and sadly she didnt have the ingredients to make it. What she did was ask what I was needing it for, made a concoction specifically for me, and hand made a custom bottle on the spot for me for $25! I've never experienced such personalized one on one interaction so I believe the experience you get for what you pay, is so incredible worth the value. All in all, I would recommend her

I have had friends who have gone there and none of them will ever go back. Two of the women were subjected to insulting comments about their cultures. One felt they were treated poorly because of their race. The classes were horrible. "Master herbalist" Heather Nic an Fhleisdeir would frequently go off into irrelevant rants during the classes and waste time (time that was paid for by the students) complaining about everything from other people's lifestyles to environmentalists to whatever random thing came into her head. And she was not particularly knowledgeable on any of the topics she ranted about. At time she seemed rather histrionic. Heather Nic an Fhleisdeir has poor boundaries or little respect for clients, students or anyone who does not agree with everything she says. She sprayed something on a friend of mine without permission. My friend has nut allergies and developed a bad rash and migraine within minutes of the incident. After telling a class that she never diagnoses or prescribes for legal reasons she then proceeded to prescribe herbs to someone who walked into the door. And she did so without asking this women any important questions like allergies or pregnancy. This person is dangerous and I do not know why she is still in business.
