Tonight took the cake. I used my Enterprise+ membership to reserve and pay for me wife's rental car when she flew into Philadelphia but got nothing but a horrible service on the website as well as calling customer service. They told me I couldn't use my membership for my wife to take advantage of the Enterprise Plus. That's absolutely ridiculous and said it's all for safety. That's a bunch of BS. Because of what they did to me, I will never use this company every again. I will tell anyone who is renting a car to stay away from Enterprise. Just terrible.

When I brought the car back, the inspector didn't immediately look at it but instead went STRAIGHT back to the office to retrieve a reflection panel and magnifying glass. She then claimed there were hail damages, which were not visible to the naked eye. This inspection is totally a setup. As I didn't encounter hail throughout my rental and the car was in the garage most of the time. My guess is that the car had those minor dents before I picked it up, especially since I initially picked up the car in the dark. And of course, they were not using reflection panel and magnifying glass to examine the care when I picked it up. The process is like a SETUP, as the inspector's method seemed excessive for what are typically normal wear and tear issues not easily visible without special equipment. Overall, this experience left me feeling worried about this store and renting from Enterprise in the future. I hope this review helps others to be cautious about this store in their future rentals.

My experience was almost unbelievable. I made a reservation at The Colony Budget office through Expedia in the morning to pickup that afternoon. Shortly after I made the reservation, the office called me to let me know that even though I had a reservation, they had no cars and would not have a car for me that afternoon. I was not happy, but told them to cancel and went back to Expedia and made a reservation at the McKinney Budget office. Having been told by the other Budget office that they had no cars, I proactively called McKinney to make sure they would have a car for me. They said no problem will have a car for you. Problem solved, right? Wrong! Fast forward several hours to about 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the car, the McKinney Budget office called to let me know they did not have any cars. I told them that I had called that morning to make sure they would have cars and was advised that they would. The agent who called said that if the phone rings more than twice then the line transfers to the central reservations and they have no idea if there are cars or not. I said the person answered on the first ring. I have been renting cars for 30 years and know if I'm talking to central reservations or someone at the local office and let her know that. She got a little snippy and let me know that regardless of who I talked to, they had no cars. She also said this happens all the time, every day and that she routinely has 10-15 angry customers for which there are reservations and no cars. She also said that since I made the reservation "last minute," that she had no obligation to get me a car. Evidently for Budget, reservations are actually just suggestions for the rental office to get you a car. Ridiculous! I will never use the McKinney Budget office, and unless there is no other option, I will choose any company other than Budget. I suggest you do the same.

The average wait time for each. Customer has been well over an hour while the people here are pleasant enough. This reflects on absolute poor management on upper structure. Whoever is managing this needs to be removed from that position. This is rude to keep your customers waiting 17 people have things to do on a Saturday. Every one of us works hard over 40 to 50 hours of 60 hours a week we want to enjoy our weekend not wait for incompetent management to figure things out cause they're too cheap to hire more people.

They worked directly with the Insurance company on filing a supplement request when additional damage was found. They called me no less than 4x times giving me updates during the few days they had my vehicle. When my wife came home, she commented on how my car looked new again... enough said.
