Nathan is the best - not only does he come to the house as soon as he can when I have a problem I can't figure out, he works swiftly and efficiently and charges reasonable rates. He will also order things for me if that works best for us both - if he has my laptop to work on, for instance, and needs to order something for that. He also teaches me how to do things for myself, and will answer questions/give advice via text or email or phone, so I can consult him when I am traveling, as well. I bless the day my daughter recommended him to me! read more

Gnome Computers is the best. My hard drive crashed, completely shutting down my laptop. As my hard drive was an SSD it was expensive to replace, but Gnome Computers found a great deal for me at half the price! They even pick up and drop off your equipment. A few weeks after my repairs were made my laptop started making a funny noise. I told Gnome Computers about the noise and they took my laptop in for a free diagnostic and repair -- a fan was going out. I highly recommend Gnome Computers. Especially if you're in the Uptown area. read more

Since I bought my gaming laptop, I have been pretty skeptical about sending it off to get fixed in some factory somewhere. I am so happy that they were suggested to me because their service is amazing. Getting updates through texts about what was actually going on was much more awesome than having to check some website that told me that they were "Fixing the issue" (whatever that means). They are very friendly and very speedy. I am happy to finally have someone close by that I can bring my computer to to get it fixed. :D:D read more

I'm so happy with my customer service experience with this company! Nathan and Leslie are life-savers! Knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! My laptop had many things wrong with it and Nathan was able to fix all that was needed in a timely manner, and worked with my schedule to get things done! He also suggested a few tips to keep my computer in shape! I'll continue to use them in the future for all of my computer needs! Thank you!!!!! read more

If I could rate more than five stars, I would. These guys go above and beyond for their customers with just about 24/7/365 availability and pickup/drop-off services. My PC is basically cursed, and Nathan has been a gigantic help every step of the way. I'll go so far as to say they're probably UNDERcharging, but I've never had better customer service for ANYTHING, much less PC repair. Very grateful for all of Gnome's hard work! read more

These guys are the definition of customer service. After damaging my laptop screen on a work trip, I called Nathan. He promptly brought me a new monitor to use and made sure it was working well for me. The next day he came to yet another location in New Orleans with the screen I needed. Most importantly, his communication was amazing - kept me informed of time frame and cost at all times, answered every question I had. read more

Looked at yelp reviews and decided to call Nathan. Nathan was courteous on the phone and agreed to come to our home this same day for free diagnostic and reasonable charge per hour to fix. Our problem was loss of sound on an old Dell desktop that was quickly resolved without any sales pitches. He also answered some other questions. We would definitely call Nathan again. read more

The gnomies are one of the best local businesses in NOLA. Great customer service (seriously!!), amazingly competitive pricing - they'll even help you find and order replacement parts and scour the web for the best deal, and PROFESSIONAL quality work from their hardware installs to their graphic design work. I won't bother calling anyone else, they're that awesome :) read more

Love me some Gnome Computers. Efficient and quick to respond. Kept me informed long the way as to what was up with my computer and good at explaining for those less techy. Reasonable. Pick up and drop off was way convenient. Nice folks to boot. Recommended them to a friend and she had a good experience too. Thanx Nathan and Lesley! read more

My wife had a laptop power issue and we called Nathan. He roams and met us at a coffee shop within :20. He quickly determined the problem (a loose wire) and suggested replacement options. Professional and courteous and he didn't change a fee for his :10 visit. I highly recommend him. JLH read more

La personne qui m'a aidé était gentil et expert. De plus, il y a trop d'entreprises dans cette industrie que cherchent de l'argent facile et rapide, mais ici il m'était évident qu'il se concernait des solutions de qualité. read more
