On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

Nathan is kinda my hero…read more My brother game me a Sony Vaio laptop as a gift a few months back. It belonged to his wife and seeing as it was riddled with horrible viruses she had given up on trying to fix it and instead decided to just buy an Apple computer instead. Now I'm thinking I'll just do a factory reset and save myself the trouble of weeding out the viruses. To make a long story short... I deleted everything... including the operating system. Even better I didn't have the system restore discs to fix it. Basically, I epically failed. So I looked around for months trying to find someone to fix it but I don't drive so it was always an issue of finding a ride or they just wanted WAY too much to re-install the operating system I already had a key for. I browsed around on Yelp and found Gnome computers and decided to give them a shot. Nathan came within the hour to pick up my laptop from my house and within a few hours he had called me back to say everything was just about done. Unfortunately, my power supply had died but he had the computer fixed before the battery on my laptop went out. Nathan offered to go and purchase a new power supply for me but I decided, being a picky shopper, that I'd buy my own. He helped me Via text to pick the best one for my money then met me at my house by the time I was done shopping. We plugged the laptop in and it worked perfectly, he even helped me to download all the necessary updates and gave me some great advise on a new router. Nathan is worth every penny and even then his prices are exceedingly low for the service he renders. Also he's a SUPER nice guy, not creepy in the least, I'm a young lady who lives alone and I felt absolutely comfortable having him in my apartment. I know I'll be going back to him for any computer issues in the future.
