David is the guy with the eye. He's done a couple of graphics for me, which never fail to impress. If this were the 1950s, his work would elicit a "Zap," "Swell," or "Neat-o!" As an SEM myself, I can recognize that David's other services are probably just as good as his design chops.

Brian's diagnostic process was thorough and efficient. He completed a technical audit, prioritized the most critical issues, and walked us through each recommendation in plain language. His focus on site architecture, internal linking, and content consolidation gave us a clear roadmap that my developers and writers could execute without guesswork. Within eight weeks we saw crawl errors drop, Core Web Vitals improve, and a noticeable lift in organic visibility for our target keywords. Just as important, Brian ensured we understood the "why" behind every change, so we could maintain momentum without constant oversight. If you need an experienced consultant who can quickly assess a challenging SEO situation and translate findings into actionable steps, Brian Hong and Infintech Designs are a smart choice.

Each had a website, and neither website was to be found on any of the pages of Google. Allyson helped me consolidate the two websites into one website serving both cities. That new website went from No-where-to-be-found on Google to having multiple pages showing up at the top of the first page of Google for each city. I could not ask for anything more. Web traffic is up so is business. Allyson is the best and is easy to work with. She walked me through what I had to do and how often to do it. Cathedral made a complete connection between our mission and image. Cathedral has been working with us on events, t-shirts, social media, web graphics, programs and fundraisers for over a year, and we couldn't be more excited to see the change. We have been able to be both educational and fresh in this ever changing environment, and that is essential to the work that we do here in Louisiana. One thing that I cannot brag about enough is their ability to work with our account on an administrative level - we have a small organization, which means we have a small staff. They gave us competitive pricing and coordination for all of our pieces, from t-shirts to business cards! The turnaround on projects is unbelievable. I can't believe how quickly they have been able to step up and work with us on a tight calendar.

The sign up process is simple but a little long. It consists of a survey that is completed on the website so that they can gather some basic information about you, which I assume are for classification reasons and to match you to focus groups and studies. Once I completed that initial sign up survey I have been contacted several times through both emails and phone calls. These emails and calls are basically screeners for the focus groups to make sure you qualify for the study. I have qualified and been chosen for several studies over the past year. These studies take place at the office downtown and have ranged from 1-8 hours. Compensation has been anywhere from $75 to $250 for my time. I even had one experience with them where I had a study scheduled that had to be postponed until a later date. New Orleans Perspectives went above and beyond and sent a small compensation due to the fact that the study had to be postponed. I can't wait to work with them more in the future.
