I told her ahead of time that I had five items because she was working by herself. As she was ringing me up she said I had a free smoothie and asked me if I wanted to redeem and I said yes. I told her I had two Clipp coupons that were expiring that I wanted to use for the order. She scanned one then said she couldn't do two on one order. I asked if we could do two separate orders and she said no because she already rang it up even though I didn't pay yet. At that point I felt like she was rushing me because a family of three was now waiting behind me so I just decided to pay and move on. I was waiting at the tables for my bowls when I noticed that the employees were almost done making the order of the family behind me. When I went to the register, the first employee helping me got my order out of the freezer. So I was waiting around even though my order was done and they never said anything. Now, I have a coupon that I didn't use, the employee used my points for the free smoothie when I thought it was a coupon/reward in my account because of the way she said it, and to top it off as I'm writing this, I bit into a large piece of sharp plastic in my bowl :( not a great experience at all.
