He talked me through how IV therapy actually works and explained NAD+ in a way that made me realize I've done this three times before and never actually had NAD+ in my drip. That part alone changed how I'm thinking about the whole thing. Michelle is also super direct, which I really appreciated. She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely.
