In short Still a very solid grocery store with a…read moreparticularly good emphasis on produce, seasonings, and good meat and fish. In long Maybe it's just me, but it seems like they used to stock a much wider variety of specialty produce (among other things) here. The shelves and cases are all still full, and the quality is good. But you used to walk through here and see at least half a dozen things that practically no other stores had on hand. They still have good stuff, though--no doubt. The bakery section was super tempting, and there were dozens of choices among meat, fish, and poultry. The produce section is really big for this size of store--imagine if Trader Joe's focused on fruit and veg instead of snacks and frozen stuff, and you have a general picture of the ratio. Prices are a bit higher here than TJ, but not unreasonable. Quality is very good (esp. on produce). There are long aisles of shelf-stable condiments, packaged stuff, tons of spices. They definitely aim first at the home cooks who think of themselves as home cooks, and secondly at the folks who just know they need good groceries. Beer and wine are just a few basics, maybe half a small aisle. They had a few solid manager's specials going today, and the staff were all very nice (if not very bubbly). I'd happily shop here if I didn't have to drive past half a dozen other supermarkets that are all good options. So, I'd shop here if I lived in Mill Creek, essentially.

It's super convenient and easy to stop by, which makes it part of my routine at this point. One thing I really appreciate is how consistently kind the staff is. Whether I go during the day or later at night, everyone is always friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. I also feel really safe shopping here, which is something I don't take for granted. The store itself always feels clean and well-kept, and the food options are actually really good. I love browsing their deals too--you can find some great stuff without spending a ton. Overall, it's just a really reliable, positive shopping experience every time I go. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Mill Creek! :D

The barista(s) were nice and the latte came out relatively fast--an employee was being trained, so it took a little extra time. For breakfast, I went to the "hot food" area at the end of the cafe past the sandwiches. Not only was the "hot food" breakfast sandwich a better deal than the cold one, but it also looked more appealing! It had an herb biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese; perfect for the morning. They also have a lovely produce section! I got a banana that was pretty good as bananas go.

When I walked in, the first thing that I noticed was the extensive bakery. In the bakery, there's a massive cookie dough case. I have never seen anything like this before. I think if I lived here. I would be a cookie addict. The pastries all look very wonderful and there was a huge selection. I came later in the afternoon, so most of it was sold out, but I can't even imagine in the morning when it's bustling with new bakes. The rest of this market was very clean and organized. All produce looked very fresh. The woman at the cookie counter was so nice and chatty with me on the cookie dough they offered. Love this type of wonderful service. Please come and create your own adventure.

We found what we needed there to help our wee doggie get through a respiratory issue comfortably…read more A naturopathic syrup formula of Slippery Elm, Marshmallow Root and unheated raw honey soothed his cough by the second dosing (3x's per day) and symptoms went completely away in two days. However we continued for one more day and he has had no relapse. That said, not all pet illnesses or discomfort can be cured with herbal formulas and so we do not disregard seeing his veterinarian for a diagnosis for anything alarming or persistent and he is vaccinated. However, we do support and enhance positive health, his and ours, through diet first which can include health enhancing formulas which I prefer to make myself rather than trusting formulas that are not regulated and can contain whatever ingredients profiteers without consciences want to put in them. Was thrilled to find such an apothecary in the Seattle metro because it allows me to know exactly what I gave my sweet doggie during his discomfort and I can obtain formulas or make them myself to support our family's health as needed.

Honestly came in today not in the best headspace. I've been going through some heavier stuff lately…read moreand figured a drip would be a decent pick-me-up and a way to kickstart a better water routine. Walked out feeling like I got way more than that. Dr. Jason picked up on where I was at almost right away and just leveled with me. He talked me through how IV therapy actually works and explained NAD+ in a way that made me realize I've done this three times before and never actually had NAD+ in my drip. That part alone changed how I'm thinking about the whole thing. Michelle is also super direct, which I really appreciated. She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. I got a lot out of meeting both of them and want to come back not just for the drip but to actually catch up. This is my go-to spot now. Jason also recommended a book, Mask of 1000 Faces, and I've already started reading it. Hitting exactly where I needed it to. Thanks Jason and Michelle.

They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely. HIGHLY recommend and will use again. Thank You Jason and Michelle, you made a really big difference for me today.
