a hand holding a bottle of performance

I wouldn't bother going here! I bought Performix Iridium here when it was but one get one half off. It made me break out in hives!! I threw away the first bottle forgetting I had a second one. It's been about 3 months and I found the second bottle. Of course not wanting to waste money I call asking if I could exchange for store credit. They told me no it's been too long. I get the 30 day policy for open stuff but this is open and due to it causing me hives I refuse to use it. So now I'm about about $50. Go to Nutrishop they actually care about the customers and not just dollars. I can promise I'll never go to GNC and tell everybody not to go. The girl worker there, I didn't get her name, try telling me that I didn't waste money cause I bought it when it was buy one get one on sale. How is that so?

It's advertised that you close at 8 p.m., but I got here at 7:30 and it was already closed. You really should update your posted hours

There are at least two types of Thai restaurants: the generic, load the peanuts and the sugar into…read morethe Pad Thai to please the uninitiated kind; and the we serve the fish with the head on and the lemongrass lights up your taste buds kind. This is the latter. Walking into the restaurant, tucked into a strip mall, I was getting ready to fire up the generic alarm. But then the sweet lady that was our server disarmed me with her speed, kindness, and directness. Then the cucumber salad came out. Even if you like Veggie Tales it'll make you kiss Larryboy good bye. Next came the yellow curry--it took me back to my favorite hole-in-the-wall Thai place in NY, and I was in curry heaven. Incredible taste, hearty potatoes and carrots, and a happy tummy. Like I tipped the bowl to drink the last of it. But beware! They play these addictive videos of people making street food on the wall-mounted TV that will make you want to a) buy all the food and b) take a bite out of the screen. If at first you don't succeed, Thai Thai again.

I ordered the pad Thai chicken and shrimp and the noodles weren't all covered in the pad Thai sauce, they were lacking flavors. The order had all the elements to make it spectacular but just not saucy enough. The beef drunken noodles were delicious but the beef had no flavor, and had a rubbery texture. I ate all the noodles but spared the beef. I recommend getting chicken shrimp or tofu in this order, I did not like the beef. The satay chicken was delicious, very tender and tasty. And I ordered spicy basil chicken fried rice, but instead I got spicy basil chicken with a side of jasmine rice. The dish was delicious, but not what I ordered. I also ordered the sticky mango rice and that was delicious and met my expectations but I do believe a better version exists at Lotus Thai. I highly recommend to double check your Togo orders before leaving the restaurant especially when placing more than 3 dishes. The price is very reasonable and they provide large portions. A dish can feed 2 people. This place was big and clean. It's located in a area with other shops and a large parking lot.

I've been here quite a bit and I've never had any issues. Robert and Kim do an excellent job making delicious authentic smoked barbecue for an unbeatable price. I was just there yesterday for lunch and everything was amazing. I would usually go for their Loaded Nachos but I decided to go with the #1 my last visit. The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy. The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal. If you are ever in the area looking for quick delicious smoked barbecue I would definitely recommend you stop by because this food truck is definitely worth it.

I got the 1/2 sandwich with turkey and bacon, and the 1/2 size fresh greens salad with chicken, apple chips, cheese, and pecans. Both were fresh and delicious!! The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick. Everything came out as described. We also got a drink, and chose the green tea with mango, mixed with lemonade. They also have soda if you choose. Look out for Paneras specials, buy gift cards when they have discounts, and it's a great deal! Don't feel guilty when you eat lunch!! We will definitely be back!!

I had lunch today at the Panera Bread in Victorville, and unfortunately, my first experience at…read morethis location was overshadowed by something I found extremely disturbing. Raquel, the cashier who assisted me, was fabulous. She was pleasant, professional, and provided excellent customer service. However, while I was in the middle of placing my order, another employee, whom I later learned was Claudia, the General Manager, approached Raquel and began speaking to her in an extremely rude, demeaning, and verbally abusive manner. Claudia loudly scolded Raquel about where bread had been placed, telling her, "Don't you ever put this bread like that back inside," while pointing toward an area behind the counter. When Raquel attempted to explain herself, Claudia cut her off and continued speaking to her disrespectfully. I then witnessed Claudia yell at a male employee as well. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting to witness. But I want to be very clear: this is bigger than how an employee should be treated in front of customers. No human being should ever have to experience verbal abuse. I don't care who you are, what your position is, or what mistake may have been made. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. This is especially concerning because I later learned that Claudia is the General Manager. A general manager sets the tone for the workplace and is responsible for modeling appropriate leadership, professionalism, and communication. This goes far beyond customer-service training. Claudia would benefit from immediate training in respectful workplace communication, leadership and supervisory skills, conflict de-escalation, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and appropriate employee coaching and corrective feedback. If an employee needs correction or redirection, that can and should be handled professionally and respectfully. Leadership does not require humiliation, intimidation, or verbal abuse. In my professional work, I address occupational burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and workplace wellness. Workplace culture matters, and leadership behavior matters. When employees are repeatedly exposed to hostile, demeaning, or intimidating behavior, it can contribute to an unhealthy work environment and occupational burnout. I sincerely hope Panera Bread takes this complaint seriously, speaks directly with the employees who were present, investigates Claudia's conduct, and takes appropriate corrective action. I will also be forwarding my concerns to Panera Bread's corporate office. And to Raquel: Thank you for remaining professional and kind while assisting me despite how you were being treated. You provided excellent customer service, and I hope Panera Bread recognizes you for it.
