If you want to beat the rush, I strongly suggest you order through GRUBHUB or whichever app you prefer especially during lunch time. I ordered the Mango sticky rice smoothie of course (what kind of person would I be if I didn't? lol) and the Mediterranean panini. It felt like Christmas morning the moment I sunk my teeth into the panini. The Kalamata olives, house made pesto, feta and mozzarella cheese together on focaccia bread made my week! They offer two pickup or delivery days, Monday and Thursday. The menu differs for both days so you don't find yourself eating three of the same chicken meals over the week. The food is absolutely delicious. I have two meals left to try, but I haven't had a single meal this week that wasn't lick the plate clean good. They also list calories, carbs, fats and protein on the container so you can track properly. You can pick up at their location or several locations island wide. They also order home delivery for a cost. If you're not home just leave an insulated bag with some ice and you'll come home to fresh tasty meals.

Depending on the brand, the sales could be, "buy 1 get the other 50% off," or " buy 1 get 1 free." Staff service is great. Paul, the store manager, has a friendly, welcoming, courteous approach when I was looking at their products. The other associate also greeted me and informed me about the sale. I also ordered from the salad bar, the kale & beet salad - another fave! It's the only way I'll eat kale. Over the years I've tried a lot of their food. Some people may be off-put by the staff and clientele simply because they're "fitness people" but what that's what the place is all about.
