We really appreciated how professionally he handled the situation. The quality of his work is excellent--you can't even tell where the repairs were made! We had a small leak in our laundry room that damaged a baseboard (unrelated to the project we were doing with him), but he took the time to look at it and provide his feedback on what we can do once we fix the leak so we don't have to remove the entire baseboard.
