Manuel came out and gave us an honest estimate - he was friendly and struck us as hard-working. We weren't quite sure of the timing since there were several other tasks to complete before painting, but Manuel gave us a lot of flexibility to hit the dates we needed, even moving around his schedule a bit to accommodate us when we finally did pin down a date. While there were some extra charges, they were totally justified because my 9 year old son had not been very careful with the walls in his room - and this included a mess he'd made of his closet walls. No one had noticed this on the initial walkthrough. Balancing this out, there was also a crack in the stucco outside the front door that Manuel patched up for us without charge! All we did was supply the name of the paint color and he went to work. We had been given a week as an estimate, but Manuel took the time to ensure it was done well and ended up going another half a week. He updated us on the status throughout - great communication. By the time it was done, the walls were spotless and restored to their former glory. I know it was a big part of the result - we got an offer less than a week after listing! Thanks Manuel. A+ job!

Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

That saves a lot of back and forth questions and answers between me and the contractor. Prep work & On time: Once I paid the deposit, the job was scheduled within 2 weeks (during Christmas/New Year season). The painters were polite and arrived on time. They are thorough with the prep work. The job was done in a bit over two days. Follow up: After the paint was done and final payment made, we noticed there were some touch up work needed. They provided update every day on when the painter could come and they came on time within couple days. Whereas I do have experience with other contractors when I could not find them for couple months to finish last 5% of the job.
