Limited Space: The seating is very tight. There isn't enough room to comfortably use a laptop in a standard position. I was only able to get work done because I was lucky enough to have an empty row, allowing me to sit sideways. Part two: Summary: If you just need a clean, on-time ride from A to B, this is a great option. However, if you are choosing the bus specifically to get work or studying done, be aware of the lack of connectivity and cramped space. I can recommend Kelly Tours, but I do not recommend booking them through Trip Advisor. Just go to Gray Line Tours/ Kelly website. Kelly operates differently than the other tour companies in that they will send a shuttle bus to your hotel to pick you up and take you to the central bus station where you then get on your trolley. If you have a 10:00 tour, be prepared to be picked up twenty minutes early. We didn't get this instruction. Our tour of the historic district was very good. Our tour guide was fairly knowledgeable of the history. He was more knowledgeable of the buildings. The tour was an excellent way to get a feel for the district and to plan your route by foot. All tours offer the ability to jump on and off trolleys during the day which is a great way to cover ground. Kelly is different in that you call them and they send one of the shuttle buses to pick you up and carry you where you want to go. We didn't avail ourselves of this perk so I can't speak to the waiting time for a shuttle.
