BEWARE!!! This company is not ethical! We used them for roundtrip transportation in October 2024,…read morebut made the reservations in September 2024. They charged us in full for both trips at the time we made the reservation (which is fine). Charges appeared on our credit card, which we paid in full, and we also received two payment confirmation emails from the company. A year later I received two more payment emails for the same amounts from the company. I inquired and was told that an audit showed our card was never charged. I sent them my credit card statement and payment emails. They continued to argue back and forth with me that we were never charged. They kept saying the charges were for the dates in September, but we weren't charged for the October trips. I explained that we only did one trip (to and from the airport) for which I made the reservation in September for our October travel dates and was charged in full at the time of booking in September. I also sent them the booking emails that clearly show the dates of travel. They continued to argue over email, even though I asked multiple times for a manager to call me to discuss. As a last resort, I finally had to go through the process of disputing with my credit card company, which required me to get a new credit card (new number) - such a pain and not necessary if this company had simply listened to me, reviewed the documentation thoroughly and attempted any semblance of customer service. What a complete nightmare. The total roundtrip charges to/from the airport were over $330 so we're not talking a minimal amount. Even if it wasn't a lot of money, it's the principal of attempting to charge the customer again (and under another company name mind you) for the same service that was already paid a year previously. Buyer Beware! I would never recommend this company.

The staff is so friendly and kept us updated via text messages. They called a day before to confirm our pick ups. On our inbound trip, our driver Ike gave us a quick tour of Savannah and some great restaurant recommendations. Thanks Ike! Our outbound driver Jamal showed up early, texted us immediately upon arrival. No rush! But nice to know they are prompt as going to the airport can be stressful. How can this be when the Savanah Airport Information Center also told me the price would be $85. The Polite Shuttle employee wanted me to commit to the ride and pay for it in advance. This obviously wouldn't leave me time to comparison shop. I ended up taking an Uber to the airport and the cost was $81. Talk about trying to take advantage...it is six days later and I'm still disgusted!

The only limousine that she and I was interested in because of the ceiling colorful lights, drinking glasses and a newer limousine which he stated he had just gotten, not to mention I brought non alcoholic beverages for the kids to drink, but again NO glasses in the wrong limousine. And just kept saying he didn't remember the conversation we had about this particular limousine and that he didnt write it down.. How do you know if you are out of town with no receipt? Such a lier. THE ONLY LIMOUSINE WE LOOKED IN! The one she and I was very well interested in that I payed for. Don't know if he is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's but he needs to own up and accept his responsibility for his mistake as a man and be honest. It's not about the money it's more so about the poor poor limousine service and my daughter happiness.
