I called the owner which is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL kept stating that he didn't remember the conversation that we had about me paying to rent this particular limousine which he and I and My daughter looked in together in the pouring rain. The only limousine that she and I was interested in because of the ceiling colorful lights, drinking glasses and a newer limousine which he stated he had just gotten, not to mention I brought non alcoholic beverages for the kids to drink, but again NO glasses in the wrong limousine. The owner act as if he didn't give a sh*t. I ask if he had a copy of the receipt he then said he is out of town. bull crap! And just kept saying he didn't remember the conversation we had about this particular limousine and that he didnt write it down.. How do you know if you are out of town with no receipt? Such a lier. THE ONLY LIMOUSINE WE LOOKED IN! The one she and I was very well interested in that I payed for. Don't know if he is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's but he needs to own up and accept his responsibility for his mistake as a man and be honest.
