Their website would indicate that a ride from our neighborhood to Hilton Head Island airport (HHH) is $16. That's what I was charged the first time (12/23). Yesterday we get to the airport and the driver says that will be $25. I pointed out the website says $16. He said it was more because I had booked the trip in advance??? Called in advance first time as well. In both cases maybe a few hours beforehand. Nothing on their website indicates an additional charge. The most recent driver could have been stating company policy or just padding their fare. I have no proof either way. Since there are no meters in the two vehicles I was picked up in DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU AGREE ON THE PRICE BEFOREHAND.

When the limousine arrived it wasn't the limousine that I had originally picked out for my daughter. The limousine was VERY dirty inside and out. The limousine looked like it had been in previously accidents. The kids and my adult cousin said the heater didn't work, the driver couldn't drive properly. It took him an hour to pick up three extra people in the area. Keeping in mind I only had the service for two hours. He was on the phone the ENTIRE time including upon arrival which i witness myself. He sit and hesitated both times "pick up and drop off" to open the door for the girls which had to be address. He didn't know how to work the cd player so that the girls can listen to their music. He ignore my adult cousin several time when she kept trying to give him direction. Again on the phone. I called the owner which is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL kept stating that he didn't remember the conversation that we had about me paying to rent this particular limousine which he and I and My daughter looked in together in the pouring rain. The only limousine that she and I was interested in because of the ceiling colorful lights, drinking glasses and a newer limousine which he stated he had just gotten, not to mention I brought non alcoholic beverages for the kids to drink, but again NO glasses in the wrong limousine. The owner act as if he didn't give a sh*t. I ask if he had a copy of the receipt he then said he is out of town. bull crap! And just kept saying he didn't remember the conversation we had about this particular limousine and that he didnt write it down.. How do you know if you are out of town with no receipt? Such a lier. THE ONLY LIMOUSINE WE LOOKED IN! The one she and I was very well interested in that I payed for. Don't know if he is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's but he needs to own up and accept his responsibility for his mistake as a man and be honest. It's not about the money it's more so about the poor poor limousine service and my daughter happiness.
