I had a great experience riding with Kevin this morning. He was at the airport near baggage claim teach and waiting. A perfect gentleman to take my bags and make sure that I was comfortable for my travel to my hotel. A welcoming smile helps to brighten your day and he made my first day in Savannah a great day! read more

No show for an early morning airport transfer. Hasn't refunded our money and hasn't answered the phone. Stay away.

We had a fabulous experience with Silver Oak Transportation! We use their service for our New Year's Eve Transportation and it was absolutely fabulous! Our driver was Tami. She was delightful. We will definitely use Silver Oak Transportation again. read more

The owner was in contact with me via phone and email for weeks before our event. Confirmed many trips for our group of 28. They left us stuck at the airport and we never heard from them again. We were able to cancel the remaining tourist trips we had booked. Owner never emailed or called us back after leaving many messages. Extremely unusual behavior. All they had to do was apologize. read more

Silver Oak Provide Shuttle Transport for out Guests to an from our Ceremony Location & Reception Location. Everyone enjoyed their rides and the service was more than we could have asked for. Great Job!!! read more

First just read the other reviews Second I would never use this company based on a response I got on a simple question "if this was their best rate". Sometimes people give a better rate if you pay in cash. This is not the response you give to a potential client in the hospitality/service industry. I booked another company that was more expensive but much nicer and accommodating. Really! Do you go to other places and ask for cheaper prices ? Did you ask for a cheaper price when you rented your condo ? Why do you think I should give you a discount on the price? read more

Silver Oak saved us on a Saturday when there were no other shuttles available to Savannah Airport. The scheduling person was polite and accommodating and the driver was courteous and helpful. The shuttle was very spacious for our family of 6 and all of our luggage. They were punctual and got us to our flight with plenty of time!! Thank you Silver Oak! read more

Driver showed up on time and was friendly. The car was clean. Make sure to book early in the Hilton Head area because cabs/transportation is in short supply. read more

I have know this driver for 8 years with some good some bad. This past week on 3 separate occasions he did not show up for 3 different transportation confirmations where he literally left families with babies stranded at the airport with no reason why. I definitely do not suggest this company and will never use him again. BEWARE. read more

No show for a shuttle to the airport. Confirmed night before and then turned phone off the day of.

This has to be the most unreliable/unprofessional transportation service EVER. I made two reservations with them. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt when they didnt show up for the first trip. The following day I called multiple times to confirm my reservation, just to find out that the driver was running over 30 minutes late. I only found out because I called to ask where the car is. They are so unorganized have terrible customer service. I can't believer this is a real company - it is such a joke. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

If you are looking for the unexpected in a Limousine service Kevin Mullane along with his team are there to outperform and provide an unforgettable experience for their customers! His drivers have been part of his staff for long periods of time loyal to delivering a transportation system that is helpful, on time and ready for the custom requests such as standing by for those doing day or evening tourist destinations in the Savannah-Hilton Head area. As part of a large network all vehicles are possible and the rate you are quoted will be the rate you can expect. Relax your trip or event or dependable rides to the airports is in good hands! I am comfortable with referring a company I myself trust! read more

Yep, same thing happened to us. Had that 6 AM flight and I called and called the night before and couldn't get any response or confirmation although I had booked the pick up a week before. Luckily I ended up calling diamond and they came last minute. This was a trip to Europe and would not have been cool to miss that first flight! Also same guy doesn't seem to like the late-night pick ups in Savannah... Left my husband stranded who by the way was a very good customer. Just guess he didn't feel like driving from Hilton Head past 11 PM. What a jerk off! BTW this is the owner/driver.... Do not trust this company!! read more

We called last minute (12 hours prior)for a ride from Fripp Island to the Hilton Head airport when our ride fell through. Couldn't have been happier with the service, the price, or the driver, who was a fount of knowledge of all things South Carolina. This is an annual event (Pledge the Pink Breast Cancer walk), and we will definitely use them again! read more

Completely unreliable! Do NOT book this company. First of all, i booked this trip months in advance and any time I would try to get a hold of the company they never returned my emails and they never picked up the phone. After reading the negative reviews I had a bad feeling about them and of course as soon as our flight landed in Savannah I got an email saying they would not be able to come pick us up. So 9 of us were stranded trying to find transportation big enough. When I tried to ask if they were going to be able to do the return trip a week later I never got a response. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Luckily, Diamond Transportation picked us up last minute and we had a wonderful experience with them. read more

I called and made our reservation seven plus days before our trip. I called the day before to confirm our reservation. When the driver was ten minutes late I tried calling. No answer just voice mail. Tried calling for thirty minutes. NO ANSWER. My wife and I loaded our bags and drove to airport to make our flight. Three hours later, ready to board our flight and still no call from the driver to ask for our gate code to pick us up. We will never use this service. I will make sure I tell all our friends and everyone in our condo never to use this service. The only reason I give one star, it's the only way to post this review. read more

Booked this transport over Easter weekend. They took my payment and never showed up. We had to drive to Savannah at 330am. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought well they're late...no they just didn't show. I called Kevin when the sun came up- he acted stunned and said I will credit your account. That didn't happen, sent emails no reply called and left messages. Nothing. Credit card company said ' you have to wait a few weeks' as that is how long a refund can take. Still have not seen it so Chase will be calling. Diamond Taxi is who you should call. Good luck Kevin. The star is only to activate the post. read more

Had a reservation for Silver Oak to pick up my daughter's family and bring them to Hilton Head. Had confirmation and an email reminder from company and both had the correct flight information and time. Company did not show and when called was rude and indignant. Said could not have a driver there for 90 minutes. Very poor service and customer service. Will never call again as there are too many other superior options. read more
