We drove past it twice before we realized that was indeed the location. The building is a loft layout and there is no elevator. The units are clean and spacious and the natural lighting of the main sitting rooms is very welcoming. Beds and linens are comfortable and the noise levels in the building are tolerable. The street activity is relatively quiet and for a Friday night, things got settled soon after midnight. The kitchen area is functional and contains all necessary items for food preparation

Cushions are missing. Missing inventory of dishes, freezer has rust, rug is filthy. I would not reposted if they would have done what they agreed to do and I gave them every chance. The agent we were working with became rude and insulting blaming the lack of rental interest on a "poor paint job" that my husband did two years ago. My husband took leave to drive down to Savannah to look at the house and it is TRASHED! Broken toilets, broken bedroom doors, filthy dirty (even though it was supposed to be professionally cleaned) yard overgrown to the point of covering half of the driveway, and the playground that we paid them to disassemble and move over a year ago is still there, gouges in the walls, all but 4 tiles in the kitchen broken! We were the first people to fill out an application and the lady at the desk assured us that we were first and wrote "1st" at the top of our application. Then we got denied for the home. Upon questioning Coldwell Banker, we were told that we were second to apply and the family who showed up "before" us had qualified and would be renting the home. When we picked up our application and application refund the notation of "1st" had been scratched out and "2nd" was written across the top. When questioned, they stated repeatedly that the couple who had arrived behind us had indeed arrived first (AKA they had bribed them or looked better on paper than we did). My husband and I have been model tenants at our home **through another company** for 2.5 years and are now considering buying a house. We've started looking and we've easily ruled out all homes listed by Coldwell Banker "Platinum" as we know how shady their business practices are. All of the people telling you avoid this company are correct. (Life tip: if a company has to convince you that their service is "premier" or "platinum" you can bet good money they're a poop cake covered in pretty icing.)

We called this company to come out to assess a resident's AC problem and give us an estimate to…read morerepair the issue. They gave us an initial quote that was $858 after the $109 diagnostic fee for a simple repair to replace a fan motor. The cost of the fan motor is about $90 and the labor to install it should take less than an hour. We were in the process of getting other estimates to find another, more affordable vendor, but this company just came back out without authorization and did the work. Then they invoiced us for over $1200 saying that they also replaced the thermostat. The system didn't need a thermostat as it was replaced just a week prior and was brand new. Then they took our new thermostat with them. When we told them they performed this work without approval or authorization, they essentially said that is too bad and you have to pay the bill. I asked for proof that they had authorization to proceed with repairs and they sent an invoice with a squiggly mark (see photo). We were trying to dispute this and see what we can do to get something worked out or come to a resonable agreement about what to do because they did do work, but we would have never agreed to their pricing. The owner just decides that he is going to file a mechanic's lien on the property and does nothing to try to make up for the issue forcing us to pay because our lender would have had a realy issue with a lien. Now we are probably going to take them to small claims court to get restitution. Beware of these guys.
